She kept staring at Nan Sichen, while Nan Sichen looked down at her and touched his own face, asking, "What's up? Is there something dirty on my face?"
"No." Qin Yin shook her head, smiling as she said, "You look handsome, I just want to look at you a bit longer."
"Silly." Nan Sichen reached out and ruffled the top of her hair.
Afterwards, whatever everyone said Qin Yin didn't hear any of it. She only said one sentence when Cheng Hao and Secretary Jin toasted her, "I wish Senior Cheng and Secretary Jin a harmonious union and an early arrival of a child."
Later, that drink wasn't drunk by her either. Nan Sichen noticed her complexion wasn't quite right, so he drank the glass on her behalf.
On the way back, Qin Yin fell asleep in the car.
Actually, she wasn't asleep, just closed her eyes, quietly thinking about the conversation she overheard in the restroom.
