Chapter 10 - Chapter 9 Director of Academic Affairs_1

Unknowingly, Lin Feng had ended up in the famous red-light district of Jiangzhou City while taking the long way home.

Held up by Meng Zelong and his gang for a while, he was ready to leave when he noticed a portly middle-aged man emerging with a heavily made-up woman from the entrance of a place named "Honghong Hair Salon," under the dim red lights.

The woman had blonde hair, and her dress was so revealing that even the parts that should have stayed hidden were largely exposed.

The man was behaving quite indecently with the salon girl in his arms.

This is too risqué...

Lin Feng's eyes bulged as he recognized the middle-aged man. He promptly took out his cellphone and, mimicking a paparazzo, snapped a series of four shots.

The middle-aged man was none other than Zhang Lieke, Jiangzhou No.1 High School's director of academic affairs.

Back when Lin Feng was a defiant student, he had often been called to the academic affairs office for "political lessons" from Zhang Lieke.

He hadn't expected Zhang Lieke, who at school put on airs of moral rectitude and even seemed rather effeminate, to actually be soliciting call girls!

And judging by his cavalier ease, this didn't seem to be his first time!

He's a disgrace to education...

Lin Feng sneered, and then, struck by an idea, chose not to avoid Zhang Lieke but to confront him head-on.

Zhang Lieke was too engrossed in the woman in his arms to notice Lin Feng approaching.

"Hello, Mr. Zhang."

Lin Feng walked straight up to Zhang Lieke, suppressed his amusement, and greeted him politely. Zhang Lieke had lectured Lin Feng many a time on the importance of showing respect to teachers by greeting them proactively; this time, Lin Feng was very proactively putting it into practice.

Zhang Lieke and the salon girl froze at Lin Feng's words.

Zhang Lieke, however, had quick reflexes. Seeing a student in the school uniform of Jiangzhou No.1 High School, he jerked the woman away from his embrace as if he had been electrocuted.

He cleared his throat and looked at Lin Feng, clearly embarrassed.

"Mr. Zhang, still hard at work at this hour, I see," Lin Feng said with a knowing smile.

His hands weren't idle at all; he certainly was busy enough.

"Lin...Lin Feng?" Zhang Lieke adjusted his silver-framed glasses and recognized Lin Feng, a frequent visitor to his office.

"Ahem...this is, this is my wife..."

"Boss, so you're a teacher? Gosh, you're naughty, tricking me like that..." Before Zhang Lieke could finish, the salon girl by his side leaned against him, planted a kiss on his plump face, and cooed complainingly.

"I see. Hello, Auntie," Lin Feng held back his laughter, his greeting to the salon girl sounding sincere.

"HEEHEE... you're quite handsome..." The salon girl, hearing Lin Feng call her "Auntie," quickly covered her mouth and giggled.

Zhang Lieke frowned. Then, noticing the images on Lin Feng's phone, his heart sank, and he broke out in a cold sweat.

If these photos were leaked, it would not only ruin his career but his family too!

"Lin Feng, your phone... can I borrow it for a moment?" Zhang Lieke released the woman and forced a smile.

This was Lin Feng's bargaining chip for his future at school; how could he hand it over so easily?

After deliberately letting Zhang Lieke see the photos, Lin Feng smiled, put his phone back in his pocket, and said, "Mr. Zhang, let's forget it. You're so busy, I won't interrupt your 'work' any longer, heh."

Lin Feng put particular emphasis on the word 'work'. Upon hearing this, Zhang Lieke's plump face turned ashen.

Seeing Lin Feng about to leave, Zhang Lieke hurriedly called out, "Student Lin Feng, you don't have my number yet, do you? Let me give it to you. If you need my help in the future, just call me. We can discuss anything, anything at all."

Zhang Lieke, who had achieved his position as the director of academic affairs, was no fool. He realized that if the photos were exposed, Lin Feng would gain no benefit either. Therefore, he quickly inferred why Lin Feng had deliberately taken these photos.

"Mr. Zhang, is this really appropriate?"

"What's inappropriate about it? Students and teachers should communicate more often. You seem quite bright, with great academic potential. I'll definitely help you in every way possible in the future."

So, Lin Feng "reluctantly" noted down Zhang Lieke's phone number.

After returning home that evening, Lin Feng took a comfortable bath and examined his body again. He discovered that his meridians and bones had strengthened after this period of strenuous exercise, taking him to a new level. In Martial Arts, he had also reached a state of perfect mastery in the first layer of Inner Strength.

With his current capabilities, handling three to five well-trained fighters was effortless.

With my previous cultivation experience, cultivating now feels much easier...

Sitting on his bed, Lin Feng looked forward to once again becoming a Martial Arts expert as quickly as possible.

The last period of the following afternoon was the weekly PE class.

When Hao Zhuang arrived at the sports field, he immediately spotted Lin Feng, and a cold smile appeared on his lips.

Lin Feng usually didn't attend PE class, but now, he was eager to improve his physical fitness, so he showed up on the field on time.

He also knew that if he didn't show up, Hao Zhuang, who harbored ill intentions towards him, would most likely seize this opportunity to make things difficult for him. He wasn't afraid of that, but he knew he would have to confront this guy sooner or later. Since it was unavoidable, he figured he might as well see what tricks Hao Zhuang had up his sleeve sooner rather than later.
