Chapter 11 - Chapter 10 Super Strong Physique_1

"Everyone present, attention! At ease!"

"Just look at each and every one of you, tired after just two laps? Our nation now demands high school students of the new century to be well-rounded in virtue, intellect, physical fitness, aesthetics, and labor. Notice how 'physical fitness' is listed third? What does this indicate? It fully illustrates the importance of physical education! It fully illustrates the importance of physical exercise! Therefore, even though you are all seniors, you still have a PE class scheduled every week. This class is here to allow you all to exercise your bodies... (3,000 words omitted here)"

"...Okay, Lin Feng, step forward! Last class, I lectured on the key points of long-distance running. As long as you master the pace and breathing, any average person should be able to run 3,000 meters within fifteen minutes with no problem. Lin Feng, I see that you have a strong physique. So, why don't you represent your classmates and run 3,000 meters as a demonstration?"

"Ready?! GO!"

Hao Zhuang's extensive speech finally reached its main point: making Lin Feng run 3,000 meters.

The classmates were dumbfounded. Holy crap, this teacher must be nuts! He just tells someone to run, and it's 3,000 meters!

However, what staggered them even more was the usually smooth-talking Lin Feng. He didn't argue or complain and actually just ran.

Some students rubbed their eyes hard and looked again, to be sure they weren't seeing things. There Lin Feng was, actually jogging slowly around the track...

At first, Hao Zhuang was slightly surprised by Lin Feng's actions. However, he soon thought it through. He's the teacher; Lin Feng wouldn't dare to defy him. Lin Feng was probably just being sensible, knowing there was no point resisting, and decided to get the run over with...

After about fifteen minutes, Lin Feng, panting heavily, rejoined his classmates.

"Hmm... Everyone, did you see that? If you follow the method I taught, it's definitely no problem to run 3,000 meters. Lin Feng is the best example... Well, Lin Feng, why don't you go ahead and demonstrate frog jumps for your classmates? One lap around the track."

"Huh? Did Lin Feng offend Teacher Hao? Teacher Hao is clearly picking on him."

"Even a fool can tell. A lap of frog jumps around the track is 400 meters! If he really jumps that far, I reckon Lin Feng might have trouble walking tomorrow."

"Damn, even if Lin Feng offended him, targeting Lin Feng like this is too malicious, isn't it? He's a teacher, yet he has no magnanimity at all..."

The classmates could clearly see that Hao Zhuang was deliberately giving Lin Feng a hard time.

Meanwhile, Lin Feng stretched his limbs, looking relaxed. Still without a word, he started doing frog jumps around the track...

Anyway, I'm here to exercise. Running 3,000 meters and doing frog jumps are just good warm-ups. My body feels great, and my appetite is amazing!

When Lin Feng casually returned after a lap of frog jumps, Hao Zhuang was astounded. Damn it! Is this guy made of steel or something? After running several kilometers and then doing frog jumps, he's still so relaxed and not even out of breath. Is he an alien?

"AHEM, did everyone see that? Under my guidance, Lin Feng has achieved a high level of physical fitness. At the beginning of the semester, I taught you all the duck walk. Uh, Lin Feng, why don't you demonstrate the duck walk for everyone around the track?"

After his brief surprise, Hao Zhuang continued to pressure Lin Feng. I'll keep tormenting you this whole class. Let's see if you beg for mercy! Hmph, daring to fight with me? You're courting death!

However, this time, Lin Feng did not move.

Running and frog jumps were exercise. This duck walk is similar in nature to frog jumps, but the key is that the duck walk movement is very unsightly. If I really walk a lap around the 400-meter track like that, wouldn't I become a clown? Besides, the reason I followed Hao Zhuang's orders earlier without a word was partly for exercise, and partly because I didn't want to publicize the conflict between us in class. Who knew this guy would push his luck and really think he could walk all over me?

"Lin Feng, I order you to do the duck walk around the track."

Seeing Lin Feng remain motionless, Hao Zhuang wasn't angry; instead, he was secretly pleased. Lin Feng was openly defying his orders! That gave him a reason to deal with Lin Feng.

As the entire class watched, unsure of what was happening, Lin Feng stretched lazily, still not moving.

"I'm giving you an order as your teacher to do the duck walk! Otherwise, don't even think about taking the PE exam!" Hao Zhuang said, deliberately feigning anger.

Lin Feng gave a cold laugh and finally spoke, "Teacher Hao, it seems to me you're all talk. Could it be you became a PE teacher just because your name is Hao Zhuang—as in, 'Hao Strong'?"

"HEE HEE..." As soon as Lin Feng spoke, the students in the class immediately covered their mouths and snickered. Hao Zhuang, that name really is quite descriptive!

Having his name mocked by Lin Feng in public genuinely infuriated Hao Zhuang. His face instantly turned grim.

"What did you say? Say it again!" Hao Zhuang demanded angrily.

"Good words aren't repeated," Lin Feng said, curling his lip.

"Hah, from your tone, it sounds like you're saying I'm not fit to be your PE teacher?"

"I didn't say that. You're the one who said it. Everyone here is a witness."

"Alright! Since you question my abilities, do you dare to play me one-on-one in basketball? If you've got the guts, then play a one-on-one game with me!" Hao Zhuang thought for a moment, then declared loudly.

He deliberately spoke loudly to attract the attention of everyone on the field. His objective was achieved; the students on the field, hearing Hao Zhuang's words, immediately looked over, and some even started to gather around.

Everyone knew Hao Zhuang was the best basketball player in No. 1 High School. He was a former professional basketball player, a level far beyond what ordinary amateur enthusiasts could compare to.

On the school's faculty basketball team, Hao Zhuang was undoubtedly the main center and team captain. Forget about the student teams of No. 1 High School; even in friendly matches among the major high schools in Jiangzhou, individuals who could go head-to-head with Hao Zhuang were few and far between—you could count them on one hand.

Indeed, with Hao Zhuang's nearly two-meter height and his professionally trained, well-developed muscles, his mere presence on a basketball court was a significant deterrent to amateur players.

In the years Hao Zhuang had been at No. 1 High School, the faculty basketball team had been virtually unbeatable in inter-high school faculty basketball tournaments. Over time, Hao Zhuang had become the undisputed number one basketball player at No. 1 High School.

Now, Hao Zhuang had challenged Lin Feng to a one-on-one basketball game. This was clearly intended to make Lin Feng look bad. Most people couldn't help but feel some contempt for Hao Zhuang. Is Lin Feng an idiot? Who the hell would be so bored as to seek a one-on-one basketball game with you just to get crushed?

"Teacher Hao is too much, challenging Lin Feng to a one-on-one in basketball? Never mind that he used to be a professional player; just look at Lin Feng. As far as I remember, I don't think I've ever seen him play basketball. One is a professional, and the other can't even be called an amateur. How can they play one-on-one?"

"I bet Lin Feng doesn't even know the rules of basketball. Teacher Hao has gone too far... In the entire No. 1 High School, there's probably no one who could beat him in a one-on-one. Sigh, Lin Feng is really unlucky. No idea how he offended him..."

"One is two meters tall, the other one meter eighty. Standing there, there's almost a whole head's difference in height. Is there any suspense in such a matchup?"

The surrounding crowd whispered, their gazes all turning to Lin Feng. They figured Lin Feng would most likely refuse Hao Zhuang's challenge. However, if he did refuse, Lin Feng would probably face a barrage of mockery from Hao Zhuang.
