[3rd POV]
Now that Rose was relaxing back at school without having to deal with the annoying bullying thanks to Lizzie, Lucifer and Alice no longer had to worry about their daughter being mistreated back at the school. They no longer had to spy on them a bit to make sure that Lizzie or any of the others didn't take it too far and do something stupid.
Which meant they had...a lot of free time for themselves.
That was a huge rarity for Alice and Lucifer, who were used to always having at least something to do to occupy them. As at the very least they usually had some sort of adventure to go on, some entity to defeat, or more power to obtain.
But now that Lucifer is as powerful as she is, she no longer really needed to do that. She could just get a drop of blood from a being like a primordial and instantly become unstoppable. Or she could go and kill a few evil entities and get even more unstoppable.
Which is leading to a rather interesting problem for her and Alice.
Boredom.
Sure, they had their children to take care of and love. And sure, that helped a lot. But it would seem that even their kids were getting a bit bored with nothing to do. With Powder and Vi being somewhat less bored as they hadn't gone on adventures like Lucifer and Alice have, or like Rose has.
But even they were still beginning to get bored.
And while they could go to another universe, Lucifer knew that that would be wrong of them. As they shouldn't just adventure to other universes as a family without Rose coming with them. Especially considering they'd be going over to the Hazbin Hotel universe during Christmas break in the next couple of months.
That little adventure would be particularly interesting, with the amount of odd and unique entities there. Not to mention the entirety of the canon events happening in Hell, the same place that Lucifer was the rightful ruler over, even more than she was the rightful ruler of Heaven too.
But that wouldn't be for another couple of months, meaning they had a lot of time until then. Time that would be spent doing normal day to day stuff. Which is fine enough, but Lucifer had to admit that she grew to like traveling the infinite expanse of existence.
Which is why she was contemplating what universes she and Alice could go to without the girls. Maybe on a date or something else simple. Either way, she and Alice wanted to do some traveling without the girls.
They obviously wanted to go with them, but they understood that their Mom's wanted to do some traveling just the two of them. Which is why at the moment Alice and Lucifer was sat on the couch, Alice laying across the couch, her head in Lucifer's lap with a small smile.
"So, where should we go?" Alice asked, laying across her wife's lap as she stared up at her.
"Honestly? I'm not sure. We can't go anywhere too interesting like Percy Jackson, because those types of worlds are ones that the girls deserve to accompany us to. And we can't go to worlds too boring, like Succession or Yellowstone or anything like that" Lucifer responded, shrugging at her wife's question.
"Hmm, what about a world that isn't too strong, the girls can't really go to, and is still really interesting?" Alice asked, causing Lucifer to stare at her wife with an interested gleam, wondering what sort of world could she be suggesting.
"And what sort of world would that be, doll?" Lucifer asked, as she stroked her wife's hair as she laid her head in her lap. Alice blushed slightly at the pet name, like she always did, but replied none the less.
"What about Game of Thrones?" Alice answered, causing Lucifer's eyebrow to shoot up on the suggestion.
"Game of Thrones? That...might be interesting" Lucifer responded, whispering to herself as she began to think over what they could do there.
The world itself was laughably weak in comparison to what she knew, but there was also traces of Gods and similar entities existing there. Not only that, but the idea of playing as a King or something sounded really interesting.
She could even portray herself as a God herself, or perhaps something else. Either way, she was already imagining millions of different ideas and fun things that they could do there.
But...there was a problem.
"Yeah, I thought so. But...the people there might make it less enjoyable" Alice said, cringing slightly as she remembered how racist, sexist, homophobic, and incredibly cruel so many of the people in that world were.
They were horribly behind considering how long some of their kingdoms were, and were long overdue for a revolution of some sort. But with the way Westeros was run, it was not surprising that it was struggling to advance or improve at all.
"Hmm, I guess that is a good point. But at the same time, there are a lot of interesting sights to be had there. And I'm sure I can handle that stuff, I am a God afterall, darling" Lucifer responded after contemplating for a little while.
It would be difficult to really know how they would be treated, especially her considering Lucifer was literally the most attractive being in most multiverses, and Alice was definitely second to her (although she was easily the most beautiful in Lucifer's eyes).
Beauty in universes like Game of Thrones was both an immense positive, and an immense negative. As slavery was legal in Essos, aka most of the world. And even in Westeros, rape, kidnapping, and murder was commonplace amongst common folk.
That wouldn't actually effect them, as if anyone tried they'd get erased by her, but it would still be annoying to deal with.
"I can just use some magic to make it so they don't even think of doing it. Or if they do think of doing it and go through with it, they'll receive a curse that will lead to their death moments later" Lucifer added, finding that there were many ways to deal with that problem.
"Huh...good point! Does that mean we can really go to Game of Thrones?" Alice asked, excitement shining in her eyes as Lucifer nodded.
"I don't see why not" Lucifer responded with a small smile upon seeing her wife's excitement at the plan to travel to a new universe.
"Yay! Where should we go first? I was thinking the Wall or Braavos could be really cool!" Alice said, excited to see some of the truly impressive sights in that world.
"Why not Kings Landing?" Lucifer asked with a raised eyebrow.
"Cause it probably smells horrible" Alice responded bluntly, knowing that the sewage systems in that place were almost certainly awful, and barely ran. That and the city was horribly overpopulated with over five hundred thousand people, far too much for a city of it's size.
"True true. Personally I think seeing the Wall first will be more interesting, but it's all up to you" Lucifer said, leaving it up to her wife as she didn't really care where they went, as long as Alice was with her.
"Hmm, how about we start in Essos and then go to Westeros? Cause there is a lot less in Essos that interests me than Westeros, and Essos is more dangerous. So it's better to get it out of the way first" Alice said in response after a few moments of thought.
"That's fine by me, love" Lucifer responded simply, as Alice cheered in excitement, their decision to go to Game of Thrones all but cemented at this point.
While watching her wife jump up in excitement, Lucifer could only chuckle softly, one thought on her mind.
'My wife is so cute~'
