Chapter 2 - Chapter 2 A lonely house

Sophia and Levon went to Levon's huge house. They didn't talk much during the fancy car ride. The house was grand, with big rooms and fancy things, but it felt empty. Levon led Sophia to his room, which was big but not very welcoming.

Levon walked around the room, and Sophia stood there, feeling a bit lost. Finally, he noticed her and held her hands. His grip was strong, but his eyes showed a softer side.

"Sophia, I have a busy life," he said, speaking gently but seriously. "I won't have much time to talk. I have many things to do."

Sophia nodded, pretending to understand. She had heard that Levon was always busy, but hearing it from him made it real.

"But," Levon continued, still holding her hands, "I'll try my best to make time for you. I can't promise to talk every day, but I want you to know that my life is not easy."

Sophia agreed, even though she felt a bit upset. She hoped to connect with Levon, but it seemed hard to do.

When Levon let go of her hands, Sophia took a step back, thinking about being alone. She took out her night clothes, planning to change and go to sleep. But before she could, Levon held her hands again, sitting her down on the bed.

"Sophia, don't be upset if I can't always talk to you. I chose this life, and I hope you can forgive me."

Sophia nodded, hiding her disappointment behind a smile. She missed the love she left behind, where being together was important.

While Levon took a call in the bathroom, Sophia felt alone. She thought about her old life and what the future held. When Levon came back, they made the bed together, a sign of their complicated marriage.

As Sophia lay in bed, the room felt big and empty. Levon's phone buzzed with messages, a reminder of the busy life he had outside. Sophia fell asleep, unsure of where this journey would take her. The road ahead seemed unclear, and the shadows of uncertainty surrounded her.
