No matter how good the day is, it's hard to feel happy.
Ming Mei noticed Kang Chen's eyes were a bit bloodshot, knowing he must have been particularly busy these days. She lowered her head and kissed his eyes: "Honey, you've worked hard."
Before the couple could fully enjoy their tender moment, the little one sandwiched in between them, probably feeling neglected, started to struggle and babbled in protest.
The little one was strong, and as he struggled, the couple immediately felt it. Ming Mei's chest suddenly ached again: "Quick, take your son away... He just accidentally hit my chest, and it still hurts."
As soon as Kang Chen heard this, his face turned black instantly. He quickly let go of Ming Mei and picked up the little one.
"You little rascal, so young and already daring to kick your mom. If you do that again, be careful, or I might not want you," Kang Chen genuinely lifted his hand and gave the kid's butt a couple of pats to vent his wife's anger.
