Claudia Ross suddenly remembered something: "I should just wear a mask these few days when I go out so my mom won't be scared when she sees me."
"Is it really that bad?" Wyatt Perry chuckled.
"It is! You didn't see how scared I made my mom. Thinking about it now still makes me uncomfortable."
Right now, it seems like only wearing a mask can solve this issue.
Claudia Ross was resolute, and Wyatt Perry could only nod: "Then give it a try!"
"Alright." Claudia Ross said thoughtfully, "The way my mom looked at me was really strange, it was genuine fear."
"She's not familiar with you, being scared is normal. Don't overthink it."
"Mm, hopefully it's just my overthinking."
To help Claudia Ross relax her tense nerves, Wyatt Perry grabbed a bottle of red wine from the cellar.
For the first time, Claudia Ross was so eager to drink: "Pour me half a glass."
Wyatt Perry poured her half a glass.
"Delicious." Claudia Ross took a light sip. The wine was rich and smooth, and she loved it.
