Since she lived here, naturally she doesn't know something like Haki exists but as for Devil Fruit?, Even though Nami can see that Robin is a Devil Fruit User

With those thoughts in her mind, she begins to move towards their main base silently and without much of a problem she also manages to cross the Guards
Arlong's base was constructed along the coastline, east of Cocoyasi Village, with an outer pool connected to the open sea, allowing Momoo to go in and out, secured by a pair of steel gates.

Now the only obstacle is the wall, she either climbs it which is less risky but more struggles or she lures the gate guards somewhere in order to enter it which is more risky but less struggle
She decided to go with a risky approach since climbing such a big wall is definitely more dangerous for a girl like her
So picked up a nearby rock and hid near the fishmen who were guarding the main gate as she scanned her surroundings
She is looking for a spot where she can use this rock to distract them creating an opening for her to enter Inside
Even though she can go inside themselves she is sure that guards will escort her inside or let her wait till the marine officer goes back meaning both of the cases are pretty much useless for her objective

Nami took a deep breath and released it as her Body became relaxed since she needed to get calm if she wanted to make no mistakes at all, Nami aimed calmly and then finally threw the rock

"What was that?!" 2 fishmen who were talking to each other to pass the time became startled by the sudden noise as both of their attention was successfully diverted
Nami took the opportunity as soon as she saw this opening and sneakily passed the main gate, she was so focused that she didnt even breathe in order not to get noticed
Phew~
After finally getting into a safe position, she breathed a sigh of relief after she successfully entered the base
She begins to move as she already has an idea where Arlong will be and she starts to move towards the location
If she is not wrong then Arlong liked to take sun baths since most of the time she has always been in the backyard chilling while enjoying drinks
