In the Higuchi village
The village chief imai natsuko was sitting in his desk distressed from the matter that occurred previous night.
After Saiki barged in with force the previous night in the bar he only saw the dead bodies of the people.
Some were burning while the others were cut or stabbed deeply. After checking for a few more minutes he still didn't find anything and the rest of the guards also came in.
After checking all the body and investigating it they found that one of the corps that was unharmed. After the doctors saw the corps they were also astonished.
They haven't seen something like this ever before. The corpse was rotting at a very fast pace for nothing as if something was magically absorbing the corp's vitality.
In just a few hours the corpse was rotten to the point that it couldn't even be recognised.
Now only a mangled bones remained of the body.
Imai called Saiki in his office.
- Yes, chief.
- What do you think happened to that person. Do you know any kind of techniques that could do something like this to a person.
- I haven't seen any Ninjutsu that could do this to a body. I haven't even seen any taijutsu that could do something like this.
But I can't say for certain.
- What did the man say.
- Well, after investigating him he said that the man just started cutting people left and right.
He said that some of the villagers even stabbed a few knives in the body but he just ignored it and continued his killing spree as if nothing happened.
- Do you think that it might be a strong genjutsu.
- Right now I only have two conclusions that I've come up to.
First the only known genjutsu that I've heard of that could hypnotise a man to that extent are the Uchihas.
- What... The Uchihas why would they do that ?
- Well even I don't have that much confidence in this theory. Because even if they did it the hidden village would already be informed about this.
- Well it could be that it is not a attack from the leaf village but from the Uchiha clan personally and why would they even do this to us in the first place.
Said the village chief
- That's why I have more confidence in my second theory. I think it might be an attack from a mysterious organisation.
Village chief then stared at him with a serious face and asked.
- You think that... it might be some kind of a experiment.
- Yes, from what we heard from the guy I think he was strengthened to an inhumane degree. And if the organisation can make anyone like this....
They both stared at each other. Because they knew that if such an organisation really existed and they really did something like this as a experiment.
Then let's not even think about how powerful organisation might really be if they were preparing something like this for war.
Techniques and medicines that could grant a normal human that haven't awakened chakra become so powerful.
An huge army consisting of hundreds of thousands of people like this wouldn't be any less powerful than a whole country and its hidden village combined.
- Then should we inform the hidden village about this.
Asked Saiki.
- Ofcourse. We can't let something like this gloom on top of our head. Send someone to the hidden village and say that it's a very urgent matter.
- Ok.
After Saiki left. Natsuko was left alone to contemplate about this matter personally.
- Tch I thought that I'll get a little bit of rest after the bandits left.

In his office Kyoshi was sitting in his desk and researching all of the ways that he could make a item cost less.
The last experiment was a success. Kyoshi was thinking of using these beads to awaken the chakra of the new recruits.
Ofcourse they won't be that powerful. He doesn't need them for just one hour. He needs them for as long as he is weak.
So, he was thinking that he will make the beads so that instead of sacrificing all of one's life force to gain strength for a small amount of time. The beads will take half of the users lifespan for awakening chakra.
And by the time these recruits use up their lifespans he is confident that he will be powerful enough to protect himself.
As he thought what he could do with the extra points he have his eyes suddenly fell on the skill column. The skill column had a miniature version of him on the top and under it was a blank screen.
He didn't use the skill column up until now because of its cost. He could get more powerful items using the same amount of souls. After a bit of contemplating he wrote two skills on the skill column.

Without any hesitation Kyoshi created the two skills.Suddenly a warm feeling started to appear in his body and mind.
Kyoshi sat up from his chair and started to do many hand signs and used the only jutsu that he knew currently. As a the water bullet left from his mouth and completely destroyed the chair Infront of him.
He could feel that the jutsu Infront of him was several times stronger then when he used it for the first time. Not only that he could feel that now he can even control the amount of chakra in the water more efficiently.
The justu on top of being strengthened by the chakra control skill also got an extra buff from the elemental mastery skill.It not only made the amount of chakra needed for the skill decrease but also made the jutsu in it self more powerful.
And when Kyoshi stared in the panel he got another surprise.
