Lu Shaoqing held Mi Xiaotao's waist, carefully guiding her towards the restaurant. "Come on, Xiaotao, watch your step!"
Mi Xiaotao looked at his cautious manner and couldn't help but laugh, "Brother Lu, my belly isn't even big yet, and you're this careful already. What will you do when my belly swells like a mountain?"
"Better to be safe! Better to be safe!"
Lu Shaoqing continued to cautiously guide Mi Xiaotao forward. If she hadn't insisted he didn't carry her, he would have picked her up right away.
"Brother Lu, I'm just pregnant, I can still move around normally. If we keep walking so carefully, I'll be exhausted!"
Mi Xiaotao pouted and added, "Brother Lu, don't worry! I promise I'll take good care of myself!"
"OK! OK!"
Lu Shaoqing stopped arguing with Mi Xiaotao, his hand loosening from her waist, but he still closely followed her, ready to protect her.
"Brother Lu, you being like this makes me feel really pressured!"
"Just walk ahead, I'll protect you!"
