"I'm willing to bet that you choose one this evening," Cronos said excitedly, and Sakura stared at him boredly. It was almost like the man was talking out of his ass. Maybe it was so, or maybe it was not something Sakura could call a bluff.
It had been so many years since she had seen Kiyomi, so long gone that Izanami had taken her away from her ages ago. Sakura was never attached to her Erasthai, no. Or maybe she was, and she just wasn't ready to embrace that bond if anything.
She lived her life like a woman with nothing to lose, when she had someone who could be used against her. Perhaps it was really the time for her to make the one decision that could either fuck her up or make her life better.
But where would that leave her then?
