Sakura came back home with zero expectations.
Absolutely none.
But when she was at the entrance of the palace, what she saw had her lips curving into a small smile. It was a sight she never thought she would ever get to see, and it was supposed to piss her off or have her calling for the council.
But Sakura didn't do that.
Instead, she watched the sight before her as if this were the missing art piece of her life.
There were warriors whose decapitated heads were piled up at the entrance. Their bodies were morphed into a daunt statue that had a crown on it, a crown that was made for their wrists and fingers.
A crown that sat steady and yet had so much blood all over it. It was as if someone had made this person all for the mad witch. And Sakura didn't even have to think hard to know who was behind this.
