Sakura knew she didn't have to give them anything. She was sure they would eat anything she wanted to feed them. Besides, she had the power to manipulate their memories if she wanted to.
She had so much power over them, and there was never any leverage they had on her.
Yet for some reason, having friends and living a simplistic life had given her a different perspective despite her power. She had gotten to learn that sometimes she didn't have to use her power to make things work for her.
That she didn't have to be lonely.
Izanami throwing loneliness on her face was not new to Sakura. Her friends had taught her differently. They had taught her what life truly meant and even to disregard what Izanami ever had to say.
If the woman wanted to hurt her, then they would go for her friends, because her friends were her sole link to humanity.
