In short, there is only one way to qualify, but countless ways not to.
After the instructors completed their statistics, the results of the punishment were announced.
There are two avenues for point deduction.
1. Within a team, if there's a missing member upon final arrival at the destination, each remaining team member loses 2 points; if two are missing, each remaining member loses 4 points. (Tragically, there was a team that lost three members right from the start, leaving only one to reach the end, who ended up losing six points in a muddle.)
2. If the wild vegetable requirement isn't met, there are three deduction scenarios: if the weight is met but the quantity isn't, each team member loses 2 points; if the weight isn't met but the quantity is, each team member loses 2 points; if neither the weight nor the quantity is met, each team member loses 5 points. (These deductions include those assisting the cookhouse.)
