Synopsis: The fight is still on with both players' trump cards released. How will the fight go? And further, what is the aftermath of this fight?
Everyone is still astonished by Gao's sudden new form, especially Tasuku & Jack. Whispers are everywhere. The entire stage was filled with shocks.
Gao: What do you think?You're not the only one who has a new form. Heck, I'd say this feels like the old days when I did the same thing towards Wisdom and his goons that time.
Hou: Whoa...
Garga: My word...
Tasuku: (smiles) This brings back memories, does it?
Jack: (smiles) Even though it's brand new, it does.
Ion: What are its new abilities? What powers does it possess? Let's Find Out now, because it's Gao's Move.
Gao: But before that, I activate my ability. I move Batzz from my dropzone into my soul. And until the end of this fight, I gain its name, type, and its abilities!!!
Ranma & Shiloh: Amazing!!!
Daryl & Masato: Whoa!!!
Batzz appears behind him as a golden spirit.
Batzz: My Buddy and I are forever united as one. So be prepared because we are not holding back!!!
Gao: Yeah!!!
Garga: Come and get us if we can!!! We won't back down without a fight!!!
Hou: What he said!!!
Gao: Then let's see if you can handle it!!! Draw. Charge & Draw. I cast. Super Clash!! Batzz X Gao. By sending three monsters to my dropzone, I can activate two abilities. I increase my gauge, life, and hand by 2.
Ion: Gao just increased his resources. What could he be doing next?
Gao: I call Replenisher, Pentar to the left.
Pentar: (Appears) What's your order, Gao?
Gao: Pentar's effect lets me draw a card. And get this, now that my life points are less than 4, my cards gain 10000 power. This surpasses your defense big time. Pentar, Attack Garga.
Pentar: (Attacks) Leave it to me!!! Pen. Pen. Pen.
Garga is hit.
Hou: Soulguard.
Garga: (Revives) And further, Counterattack!!!
Garga counterattacks and destroys Pentar.
Pentar: I'm down for the count, Pen!!! (Destroyed)
Gao: Not Bad. However, this is far from over!!! Here We Go, Batzz!!!
Batzz: Yeah!!!
Gao: Activate Batzz's ability. Looking at the top 5 cards of my deck. Once again, Saint Holy Sword to the right and Bluebat to the left!!!
Both monsters are revived!!!
Ion: Oh Snap!!! Bluebat and Saint Holy Sword are called once again!!! And due to Bluebat's effect, Gao's resources increased.
Saint Holy Sword: That's Not All. Gao currently has 6 different monsters in his dropzone. With that, I gain an extra 2 critical and a Triple Attack.
Masato & Agito: TRIPLE ATTACK???
Agito: How's Hou gonna survive???
Daryl: Calm yourselves. He can do it. After all, he's not the type to go down, is he?
Cross: Indeed.
Gao: Chibi Panda!!! Attack Garga!!!
Saint Holy Sword: (Attacks) Yes, Sir!!! Feel the wrath of my new sword!!!
Hou: Cast. Dragonic Loop!!! Garga, Return!!!
Garga: Right. (Vanishes)
Everyone's shocked.
Ion: Unbelievable. Garga just returned to Hou's Hand!!!
Hou: I'm not letting you harm Garga that easily!!!
Gao: Not Bad. Chibi Panda, Double Attack.
Chibi Panda: (Attacks) Yes, Sir!!!
Hou's Life: 8 → 4
Ion: Hou just took 4 damage in one blow!!!
Shiloh: Why would he do that??? He has 9 cards in his hand!!!
Ranma: No, he probably wants to reserve his spells for later.
Chibi Panda: Triple Attack!!!
Hou: Cast. Deity Blue Dragon Shield. (Blocks)
Gao: Bluebat, Follow Him.
Bluebat attacks!!!
Hou's Life: 4 → 1
Gao: Double attack.
Hou: Cast. Gar-Heilen!!! (Looks at Garcat)
Garcat: (Nods) You got this. (Destroyed)
Hou's Life: 1 → 5 → 2
Ion: Hou just sacrificed Garcat and increased his life points.
Gao: Now it's our turn. Here We Go.
Batzz: Send Him Flying!!!
Gao & Batzz yell bright, Loud as Thunder soars around them. Power surges through, and Gao all of a sudden starts flying. He charges through while aura farming and letting out a loud battle cry. Hearing this, Hou also responds in the same way. He draws his sword and flies towards his opponent while letting out a loud battle cry. Both sides clash once again, with Gao unleashing his fists and Hou using his swords. High speeds, powerful forces are unleashed. They strike at each other with no holds barred, left and right. Everything is going well until Gao unleashes Batzz's golden spirit towards him. Batzz attacks while yelling "You're Mine!!!".
Hou: Cast. White Dragon Shield. (Blocks)
Ion: Hou reduced the damage to 1 instead.
And the battle continues as Gao has triple attack. And Hou responds by blocking with Deity Dragod Shield and Deity Green Dragon Shield.
Ion: And Hou continues to block the other two attacks like no tomorrow!!!
Eden: (Amazed) How many Dragon Shields does Hou have???
Alec: (Amazed) I don't know...but I'm amazed he can keep this up.
Both sides pant in exhaustion as they look at each other with confidence while flying up in the air.
Gao: Heh...just like me. You know how to think on your feet.
Hou: Well, duh. I can't let myself fall easily. Not after such a fun fight.
Gao: Well said. The longer the fights, the more exciting it is, and the better this match will get. That's what makes Buddyfight such a great game. But...I'm afraid I need to put this to a close, or the parents will sue me for it.
Hou: Huh?
Gao: Heh. (Holds a card) Final Phase!!!
Everyone's shocked upon hearing that.
Gao: Should I pay 2 gauge, I can stand all of my cards on the field. And they gain another attack phase lickety split.
Everyone's jumpscared while yelling "WHATTTT????".
Ion: Then that means...Saint Holy Sword & Gao has triple attack. Bluebat has double attack. That means Hou has to survive 8 more attacks??? HOW CAN THIS BE??? ISN'T THIS AGAINST THE RULES???
Blaze: Okay, that's literally my thing.
Lost Ren: No one asked you.
Blaze: (Angry) Shut up.
Gao: (Open Arms) Now, Everyone, Rise Up Once More.
Bluebat & Saint Holy Sword: Right.
Everyone stands up once more with lightning surrounding them, and they go super saiyan!!!
Gao: Once more. Chibi Panda!!!
Chibi Panda: Yes, Sir!!! (Attacks, battlecry)
Hou: Triple Cast!!!
Gao: Wha???
Hou: Two Garga Drives. Gargantua Blocker.
The three spells activate and Hou aura farms.
Hou: For this turn, I gain 12000 defense. (Blocks)
Chibi Panda: (Bunted off) Wha?
Hou: And your cards' power reduced by 5000.
Everyone's shocked!!!
Ranma: (Freaks Out) THREE SPELLS???
Shiloh: (Freaks Out) Amazing!!!
Ion: UNBELIEVABLE. HOU CAST THREE SPELLS AND SURVIVED BY THE SKIN OF HIS TEETH!!! HOW DID OUR ACE OF GAMES BECOME THIS STRONG!!!
Hou: I figured you have an Ace Card in your hand. (Flashback) So with the help of Genesis, Gar-Advantage, and Dvalin, I was able to pull out all of my stops.
Batzz: This guy's insane!!!
Saint Holy Sword: Not even I see that coming!!!
Hou: And further...I get to (strikes) counterattack!!!
Saint Holy Sword: (Hit) Oh No!!! (Destroyed)
Gao: Chibi Panda!!! Oh man...you really have grown since we last met...hehehe. Very well, (signature pose) I accept these conditions head-on!!! Bluebat, link attack with me!!!
Bluebat: Right (Attacks)
The attack hits.
Ion: Their combined power reached 28000 power. And their critical has reached 4. Leaving Hou with 1 life left. He's a literal candle in the wind!!!
Tasuku: Even though the power was altered, Gao was still able to strike!!!
Jack: And that's not all, he has one last attack left. And one of Hou's hand cards is Garga himself, who had just returned earlier.
Gao: You're amazing as always. But...I won't lose!!! This is it. My last assault!!! Batzz. Bluebat. Lend me strength.
Batzz & Bluebat: Right!!!
Batzz surrounds himself in a golden thunder tornado. Bluebat was sucked into it in a funny manner. Lightning violently strikes through the entire stadium. Everyone blocks themselves from it. Something sharp appears from the tornado below. Gao lays out his right hand and grabs ahold of the sharp object's point. He flies high with it, and the object is revealed to be a familiar lance. He runs atop of it and flips it around.
Gao: Impact.....(Throws it)
As Hou looks around at where the item is, the item suddenly...
Gao: Thunder Sky Sun Lance....X....Extreme Buster!!!!!
Buster hits its target with flames surrounding the earth!!! Smokes appear from Hou's side, and everyone's very shocked.
Ion: UNBELIEVABLE. GAO'S IMPACT STRIKES ITS TARGET.
Daryl: So then this means...
Masato: Hou...Lost...
As the smoke slowly clears, a sudden golden light appears through it. Everyone blocks themselves from the light. The lance is slowly being lifted up, and Hou once again emerges in something familiar...
Hou: Attribute Deity Dragon Tribe...and Dragod. Size 10. Infinity Power. 20000 defense. A critical of 0. I cannot be destroyed. Leave the field. And my abilities cannot be nullified. I am Messiah's Champion...EMPEROR HOU REN.
Hou yells out loud and throws the lance up high and throws it back high at the stadium. The Lance returns to Batzz in golden spirit.
Batzz: NANI!!!
Ion: THERE IT IS. HOU'S OTHER GOD FORM. OUR ONE AND POWERFUL EMPEROR IS IN THE HOUSE. HOW CAN THIS BE? WHAT IS THIS LOGIC? WHAT KIND OF LUCK DOES HE HAVE???
Hou: Remember earlier when I activated Gargantua Spirit's effect? The part where I had to send a card to the drop?
Gao: You mean...(remembers earlier, freaks out) YOU HAD THIS PLANNED ALL ALONG???
Ranma: Amazing...
Shiloh: Hou...
Masato: He...what?
Daryl: This is beyond logic...
The entire crowd cheers brightly.
Gao: Of all people that survived my impact...it had to be you. (happy sigh) No wonder you're my successor. You're resilient as ever.
Hou: What can I say, I'm not fighting alone. On my own, I'm very weak. But when I have friends by my side, I will succeed. No matter how many times I fall, I always get back up. This is who I am!!! Forever I stand High!!!
Batzz: This guy...he never stops, does he?
Gao: That's why he's worthy of being my rival. My turn is now over.
Ion: All eyes on Hou now. If he wins this turn, this match will be over.
Hou: Garga. It's your turn now.
Gargantua Zenith appears as a golden spirit.
Garga: I rise up once more, My Buddy.
Ion: Looks like Hou just placed Zenith into his soul. Therefore, now, Hou has a critical of 2.
Now both Golden Spirits and their buddies face each other with smiles on their faces.
Ranma: Now there's four.
Shiloh: Round Two Baby!!!
Hou: Draw. Charge & Draw. Set spell. Dragod's Alliance. Alright. Come forth.
Hou lays out his hands, and he glows. He summons two more allies of his choice with golden thunder, hitting the left and right. Suddenly, once again, Lost Ren & Shiloh glows.
Shiloh: Guess I'm up.
Lost Ren: This never gets old.
The two disappear, and once again, Overlord and Starlight appear once again.
Shiloh: Hello Again.
Lost Ren: Don't bother asking.
Ion: WOW. Lost Ren Overlord and Shiloh Starlight appeared once again.
Batzz: Kids not playing around, is he?
Gao: Nope. This is so much fun. Come at me with everything you got.
Hou: You asked for it. You know how this goes, guys. Let's go. (Yells loudly)
All of a sudden, the four allies charge up with Golden lightning surrounding them.
Hou: Lost Ren.
Lost Ren: (Attacks) Erasure of Creation.
Gao: Cast. Thunder Emperor Dragon Shield. (Blocks)
Hou: Shiloh!!!
Shiloh: (Attacks) Starlight Streamer!!!
Gao: Cast. Thunder Emperor's Augite!!! (Blocks)
Hou: Now it's our turn.
Garga: Here Goes!!!
Garga yells out loud, and the two attack together, with the opponents responding the same way. Both sides battlecry as they charge forward with their fists. Once again, Upon close contact, both fists clash and create a burst of whirlwind, which was felt by everyone. The spirits fight each other while their buddies do the same. It's an all-out high-speed fist fight with neither spectator keeping up with the action. Everyone's completely astonished by how they fight. Everything is going endlessly until Hou flies up backwards and then rushes in...
Hou: AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!
Gao: Cast. Steel Dragon Fangs. (Blocks) I reduce the incoming damage by 2 for this turn!!!
Everyone's shocked. The attack is a dud.
Hou: Why didn't you cast it earlier!!!
Gao: Because it would be boring otherwise. And besides, you're not the only one who has a brain.
Tasuku: They're quite similar, aren't they?
Jack: That's why they're the best of the best.
Agito: Still, Hou can't attack further because he only has a critical of 2.
Cross: And the other two have already attacked, too.
Masato: Don't worry. Knowing Hou...
Daryl: He always finds a way.
Gao: Well? Come On. You're not the type to stop there are you? Show me what you can really do. Show me that you have what it takes to grasp victory.
Hou: (Holds a card) Okay then. Don't come crying to me when you lose. This is it, Gao. Time to end all buddyfights once and for all.
Suddenly, three hands just join him, much to Hou's surprise.
Shiloh: Mind if we join?
Lost Ren: What she said.
Garga: Come On.
Hou: Okay then.
All: FINAL PHASE!!!
The four raise the card high together, and Deity Gargantua Punisher rises up once more as it points to the top. Everyone's astonished, especially Gao.
All: IMPACT!!!
Shiloh: Deity...
Lost: Gar—
Hou & Garga: —gantua...
All: PUNISHER!!!
Gao watches Punisher land on him with shock before closing his eyes with a smile!!! The impact hits, and Gao's flag is down for good.
Ion: GAME END. WINNER. HOU REN.
The Crowd cheers loudly once again. Some react with happy smiles and tears. Other cheers bright and claps.
Masato: FOR SHARE.
Agito: Amazing!!!
Daryl: Now that's a spectacle.
Cross: Indeed.
Tasuku: They both are really amazing.
Jack: That's why those two are forever our friends and rivals.
All four return to their original self. Shiloh jumps on Hou and hugs him with joy.
Shiloh: Why won't you lose a fight, you jerk.
Hou: Hey. Whose side are you on?
Shiloh: Mmh...(Pecks Hou's check and smiles)
Lost Ren & Garga react with smiles. Then Gao, Batzz, and Chibi Panda walk up to them.
Gao: Haha. You really beat me once again.
Batzz: HEY. I DEMAND A RECOUNT. YOU HEAR ME.
Saint Holy Sword: Calm Down, Big Boss. They won fair and square.
Hou: Thanks, Gao. It was an excellent fight.
Garga: Indeed. We will cherish this in our hearts.
Shiloh: Nice to meet you, by the way.
Gao: The pleasure's all mine. And believe it. (Grabs Hou) Hou & myself are best buds and rivals.
Hou: Hey...cool it.
???: Well, you haven't changed one bit.
Tasuku & Jack walk up to them.
Gao: Senior Tasuku.
Tasuku: It's been a while, Gao.
Hou: You know them. Oh, wait ya, you do know them.
Garga: Of course. Those two are also friends like us.
Tasuku: I'm really surprised you dropped by. How are your travels lately? And How's your Son?
Gao: It's good. I get to try out a lot of things. And as for my son, well, he's doing well alongside Paruko.
Shiloh: Hou, I have a question. How did you two meet?
Hou: Oh, that? Well, it's a long story, but let's just say it's a pure coincidence.
Shiloh: Oh.
Garga: And that's not all. Gao & Tasuku over there are the first owners of the Gargantua Punisher card.
Shiloh: FOR REAL?
Hou: I'm the third owner, so to speak. It's a long story on how I got it, and it's a shame I haven't been using it lately. I should probably return it.
Gao: No, keep it.
Hou: Huh?
Gao: You're the rightful heir to the Punisher Card. It's okay if you haven't used it in a while.
Tasuku: And besides, didn't Garga's power make Punisher evolve? Therefore, it belongs to you.
Hou: Oh...Okay, checks out.
Gao: Well, enough talk. Let's PARTY!!!
Everyone party at the stage once again for like 1 hour. Little did they know is that Rouga & Cerberus are watching them from afar in secret before leaving. Later, after a while, Hou walks off the stage and sits on one of the school hills. He stares at the night sky full of stars. Constellations are made as he admires them with a warm smile. Shiloh then appears sitting beside him.
Shiloh: There you are.
Hou: (Startled) Ah...you scared me.
Shiloh: Hehe. You really get startled easily.
Hou: Yeah, yeah. So what's up?
Shiloh: You said you wanted to talk earlier, so what's up?
Hou: Oh, right...that...(reluctant) sss....The thing is...
Shiloh: Are you okay?
Hou: Yeah, yeah...I don't know how to put this, but...after I won the GAEN cup, I got an invitation to go on tour.
Shiloh: For Real??? Like a Buddyfight World Tour?
Hou: (Nods) Mmhm. I get to travel around the world while also fighting players from different countries. Except...
Shiloh: Except what?
Hou: The tour...is a year long.
Shiloh: What??? A Year???
Hou: (Nods) A year-long world tour indeed.
Shiloh: Oh My...
Hou: However, I haven't made my decision yet. That's when I come to you. Then again, I want to decline, so that I can spend time with you instead.
Shiloh: You'd do that?
Hou: You're a part of my family. Why would I not put you first?
Shiloh: Oh...(thinks for a while) Actually, I don't mind if you actually go on tour.
Hou: (surprised) What?
Shiloh: On one condition: I come along with you.
Hou: What? But...your channel. Your brothers.
Shiloh: I'm sure they'll understand. I know them well. By now, they've trusted you with me. And the channel can handle without me.
Hou: But...
Shiloh: I would go to the edge of the world with you if I had to. Love always sticks together, isn't that right?
Hou: (surprised, smiles) That's true. (nudges her) You're like a sticky glue, you know?
Shiloh: (nudges back) Back at you.
The two smile with "hehe" while holding hands and looking at the night sky with the stars aligning with each other.
Hou: Nice night, huh?
Shiloh: Remember that time when you and I confessed how we feel?
Hou: I do. Some people say love doesn't come at first sight, but here we are.
Shiloh: (Blushes) Mmm. We really did a lot of things together. Though I'm still upset about the breakup.
Hou: Again with that?
Shiloh: Just don't do it again. I know you have good intentions, but you should've told me beforehand. I was really worried about you. I don't want to see you going off the rails.
Hou: I know...(sigh) Well...I know one thing that'll cheer you up.
Shiloh: What?
Hou: There's no one but us right now. Do you want to do it?
Shiloh: (surprised, smiles) Sure.
They both stand up, awaken their wings, and look at each other.
Hou: (Pats her) Tag, you're it. (Flies away)
Shiloh: Hey!!! (Flies) Come back here.
The two lovebirds fly with smiles and laughter on their faces. They fly around the school, and as they soar, they see almost everything with their own two eyes. They soar like there's no tomorrow, they even dance with each other in the sky, and upon reaching in front of the bright, white full moon, they look at each other while holding hands...
Hou: I love you.
Shiloh: I love you, too.
And the two kiss in front of the full moon passionately. Marking an ending to this series as the camera pans away from them.
