Yuto woke up in a daze, his head throbbing slightly as his vision slowly cleared. He blinked a few times, confusion flickering across his young face while he looked around at the unfamiliar surroundings.
He was sitting on a small bed, and the room around him had a warm, traditional feel to it. Tatami mats covered the floor, and the faint scent of wood filled the air. It was a Japanese-style room — neat, minimal, and strangely comforting.
There was a round table in the center of the room, its surface polished but bare. To his right stood a small kitchen setup, complete with a counter and a few neatly arranged utensils. Beside it, a door marked with 'WC' caught his eye. "So that's the washroom," he murmured absentmindedly.
Turning left, he noticed a small shoe cupboard next to what looked like the main door leading outside. His gaze trailed to the far corner, where a window let in the soft morning light. Just beside it stood his bed, and across from it, a modest study table with a mirror resting on top.
For a long moment, Yuto sat quietly, processing everything. The silence was heavy. Then curiosity got the better of him, and he slowly turned toward the window.
What he saw made his heart skip a beat.
Outside stood a colossal mountain — and carved into its rocky face were four familiar visages.
His eyes widened in disbelief. "No way…" he breathed, his pulse quickening as realization dawned.
The four Hokage faces stared back at him, stoic and unmoving, yet undeniably real.
"Did I get Isekaied to Naruto!?" Yuto suddenly shouted, his voice echoing around the small room.
He froze, clapping a hand over his mouth in panic. 'Idiot! What if someone heard me?! I don't even know if anyone else lives in the neighboring apartments!'
His heart pounded in his chest as he glanced around nervously, half expecting someone to bang on his door. After a few seconds of silence, he sighed in relief.
But before he could think any further, a sharp pain stabbed through his head.
"Gah!" he groaned, clutching his temples as flashes of light and fragments of memories flooded his mind. His breathing quickened, but after a few moments, the pain began to subside.
Sweat rolled down his forehead as he muttered, "My name is Yuto… I don't remember much about myself from my previous life. I only remember the anime I watched… and some other things."
He blinked, processing the memories now merging with his own. "I've… isekaied as Yuto Yamanaka," he said softly.
Yuto rubbed his blond hair, letting out a shaky laugh. "This is insane…" he muttered before walking over to the study table. There, he picked up the small mirror resting on it.
He tilted it slightly and froze at his reflection.
The boy staring back had messy blond hair, with faint streaks of light and dark highlights. His green eyes gleamed with youthful curiosity. His cheeks were a bit round — still holding traces of baby fat — and his expression carried an innocent charm.
He couldn't help but smile. "I actually look… kinda cute," he said with a chuckle, pinching his cheeks lightly. "Guess I'm around six years old, huh?"
Setting the mirror down, he sat back on the bed, his thoughts racing.
'From the memories, I know I'm an orphan,' he thought, exhaling. 'Not really surprising. Most fanfics and anime love making the main character an orphan anyway.'
He rested his chin on his hand, thinking deeply. "So, I live in the Yamanaka clan's dorm house… From what I can tell, the clans here have a system where they house their orphans. Kinda like orphanages, but only for their clan members. And we actually get our own small apartments."
The realization made him nod slightly in approval. "That's… honestly pretty nice," he murmured.
After a moment, Yuto's expression turned serious. He pulled out the chair at the study table and sat down, his eyes narrowing in focus.
"The only question is…" he muttered, "do I have a golden finger?"
He closed his eyes and tried to sense something — anything — inside his body. A spark of chakra, a strange energy, even a faint warmth. But nothing came.
"Okay," he said slowly, opening his eyes. "It's not a tailed beast or some bloodline limit golden finger."
He sighed, tapping his chin. "What about… a system?"
The moment the word left his mouth, a ding echoed in his head.
A glowing green screen suddenly materialized in front of him, floating mid-air.
"Bingo," Yuto whispered, grinning in satisfaction as he leaned forward. His eyes darted across the words written on the screen.
[Eye System]
[Status]
[Quest]
[Inventory]
"So, an Eye System, huh?" he said eagerly. "Let's see what you've got."
He tapped the [Eye System] option, and the menu shifted.
[Eye System lets the host gain random eye abilities. Additionally, the host's green eyes will turn red and glow when the host uses them. The host can gain new eye abilities by completing quests given by the system.]
[The host is given a mystery box that will grant a random eye ability.]
Yuto's heart pounded with excitement. "A system that gives me random eye abilities!"
He clenched his fists, forcing himself to calm down. "No, no, don't rush. Don't open it yet," he muttered, tapping the exit icon. The screen returned to the main menu, and he selected the [Status] option instead.
A detailed list unfolded before his eyes.
[Status:

Dexterity: 3
Stamina: 5

Chakra Control: 0

Below it was another note:
[Peak Stat Introduction:
All stats are capped at 1000.
Rank distribution (Ninja Rank):
50 – Peak Genin Level
150 – Peak Chunin Level
300 – Peak Jonin Level
500 – Kage Level
700 – Six Paths Level
1000 – Peak Otsutsuki God Level
Keep in mind: If two stats reach the required number, the user advances. Example: The Third Raikage is Kage Level because his Strength, Speed, and Stamina are all 500.]
Yuto leaned back, staring at the screen with a thoughtful look. "So… I've basically got the stats of a civilian," he said. "Makes sense, considering I'm only six."
He rubbed his chin. 'E-Points must be something I can earn from quests and use to boost my stats. And this chart helps me track how far I've progressed. That's… pretty convenient.'
Curious, he tried focusing on the Luck stat, willing it to increase — but nothing happened. Instead, a new message popped up.
[Host cannot increase Luck stat. The Luck stat can only increase through rare bonus quests. Additionally, Luck stat is capped at 100 and Intelligence stat is capped at 200.]
Yuto groaned and rolled his eyes. "Figures," he muttered, dismissing the warning. 'Guess I'll save my points for now. No point wasting them before I hit a bottleneck.'
He closed the status screen and tapped on [Quest].
A new window appeared.
[Quest: When the host turns 8 years old, take the Academy Entrance Exam. Rank first in every test. Show everyone that a new genius is born and gain the attention of your clan head.
Reward: Mystery Box, +2 points to all stats except Luck, and +2 free E-Points.]
Yuto sweat-dropped, staring blankly at the quest. "Rank first in every test? Seriously?" he muttered. "Even if I somehow pull that off, who's gonna stop Danzo from taking an interest in me? I don't wanna end up in Root."
With a sigh, he closed the quest screen and opened [Inventory].
[Inventory: 1 Mystery Box.]
"Alright, let's see what you've got," he said, tapping the Mystery Box option.
A soft click echoed in his mind, followed by a sound like a box opening. His eyes burned suddenly, and he winced. "Ow, ow, ow!"
After a moment, the pain faded, replaced by another glowing screen.
[Congratulations, Host, on obtaining 'Illusion Casting': The host's eyes can cast powerful hologram illusions, making enemies see, hear, and feel things that aren't real. Though the holograms can't become solid, they can disorient opponents and create openings for attack.]
Yuto blinked at the text. "So basically… a hologram-style genjutsu. A pirated version of the Sharingan, huh?"
He glanced at the mirror again, and his green eyes slowly shifted to a crimson red, glowing faintly with power. The sight sent chills down his spine.
But before he could admire them longer, exhaustion hit him like a wave.
"F–FUCK!" he gasped. "I forgot I don't have chakra reserves like Naruto! I'm at civilian level… I can't handle this yet."
He staggered to the bed, collapsing onto it.
As he laid there, he muttered, "I'm a Yamanaka… so I'll eventually learn the clan's jutsu — mind reading and all that. For now, I should focus on physical training and chakra control. Maybe even impress Guy enough to get some pointers. Oh, and kenjutsu could come in handy too…"
His eyelids grew heavier by the second, his voice trailing off.
"I don't know how I got here," he whispered, "but I ain't gonna be a side character. I'll become someone even Madara would fear to dance with."
A small smile tugged at his lips as he drifted off to sleep, the faint red glow in his eyes fading away into the darkness.
