Chapter 1 - Prologue

The room was dark, dark and empty with nothing but a grey ornate round table plague with scratches, splinters, from past usage. In the center of the Table sat a white orb in the middle standing still without moving. Around the table the center of the room sat a group of creatures, things and beings that looked almost humanoid but grotesque and weirdly shape with colors that seemed unnatural.

One of these creature purple, slimy ooze pouring out of the tentacles, and oddly oval shape, multiple eyes across the body, elevated itself from the round table. It spoke with a voice low and commanding that could be heard all around by everything without a mouth, "So the time has come again for a new Game to come again.", It gestured towards the orb with one of its limbs squrimishly. "Each one must choose their Champion and train them to be able to fight" it said as the eyes emitted a red glow.

The other creatures around the table, made sounds of hissing and gurgles while others nodded or shrieked. of the grouped creatures one being that looked more natural of human shaped, but was composed of an energy that was blurry, hard to see and make spoke as well "it may be prudent if you let us know when you're going to start so we all may have an equal start. A fair advantage to all, without the usual backstabbing and underhanded schemes that usually occur at this game of ours" it sneers as it looks across the many horrid faces present.

As if in all were in agreement, any emotion they might have shown was hidden. They knew that to win this game and not have someone challenge their win, was to be careful and deceitful with plans thought out and executed with precision. Unless they ended up banished and chained to the void just like one of their previous fellows that use to sit with them, now just an empty vacant chair.

One member with a mask craved with insects on it, spoke head tilted, "Is there any word of the Uspers clan situation?" worms crawling in and out of the eyeless orifices, it's voice clear without being muffled without the mask.

Another Creature that looked purple yet slimey devoid of what its body use to be now but a huge mass of flesh and disease leaned forward with its black eyes glinting in the dim light responded "According to the Seer, there is but a handful in hiding in its lineage." It gurgled and smiled as it coughed up its next words, "they will be exterminated with extreme prejudice. No longer they will be an issue." Gleaming with joy in hearing it speak those words.

The group fell silent as they considered the plan. They knew that for them to continue with their games and schemes, this threat would need to be taken care of immediately soon.

A beast with many wings and three heads, one of a lion, one of a bull and another of a bird growled, "Are you sure about that?" it said while looking towards the mass of diseased flesh with skepticism.

The Diseases flesh sighed agitated, "Of course , you know the infernal Seer can see all within her sight. They are ready to be plucked one after and other. I dare I would like to add a few to my collection of flesh if given the chance to consume them" it laughs maliciously.   "The last remnant of power

in the traitor's family will soon perish, I have my best on the job."

The Masked insect creature tilted shift its head, a traitor it thought?  Ambitious evil asshole

maybe, but loyalty to this group of deviants and old perverts was a foolish outlook.  He didn't doubt if any of them would other things thought they could get away with it, that they would try to seize power over everyone as well.  Itself included.

"We must be patient," said in a commanding voice, this came from someone else, someone who commanded more respect and power than all of them combined. This person stood out of place with this group, a humanoid shape person head to toe in gleaming white armor with blue and gold lines traced along over the armor, with the only thing showing anything visibly organic was a pair glowing icy steel blue eyes lacking life from the slits of the helmet. He continued, "We cannot rush this. We must take our time and be careful. This will be done with Order and accuracy, or else it will fall back to Chaos. But I have faith that it will be done."

The group nodded in agreement, their deformed and alien viages hiding any doubts or fears they might have had. They were committed to their cause, no matter the cost.

As the meeting came to an end, one by one each member faded back into the darken Miasma surrounding them.

In the darkness, then White knight remained, his eyes fixed on the flickering light coming from the orb in the center. He knew that the path ahead would be difficult, but he also knew that they were to keep the balance of Order and structured, necessary steps was needed and evil means was the right way, no matter the cost. And with that knowledge, his eyes remained fixed on the orb, observing, for events to unfold. And with that knowledge, his eyes remained fixed on the orb watching and waiting for events to unfold
