Accompanied by the melodious music, Isabel, who was powerlessly falling backward, was suddenly caught by Aiwass.
"Don't cry."
Aiwass's gentle and deep voice sounded in her ear: "I am with you."
And after those words, Isabel shuddered all over and burst into tears with a wail.
She let out heart-wrenching sobs, sniffling and wailing. This blend of sorrow and reassurance permeated every guest's heart, causing them to shed tears unconsciously.
She mumbled unclear apologies, aggrievedly saying she hadn't meant to cry. Aiwass, on the other hand, patted her back lightly, both crying and smiling, comforting her softly.
Yet Aiwass's expression grew increasingly somber, increasingly heavy.
The next scene was Aiwass confronting Emma across the shattered glass steps.
Aiwass sighed: "I didn't think you all would dare attack the Hall of Silver and Tin directly."
"Why wouldn't I dare? I'm not her."
