It's been 2 months since Chen HaoYu has been here in this world. During the past month, he has been learning about arrays formations and its functions. When he have enough time he would also learn about artificers.
He had also asked Zhao Congming about artifacts that could be used in a daily basis since he had seen a few of them when he was in Zhao Congming house.
Zhao Congming said that these people who create these artifacts are people who cannot go further up in artificers and they could only create low level weapons but since low level weapons are not much bought by people. They wouldn't survive from just selling low level weapons so they turned to creating artifacts that people use everyday even though making artifacts for daily use are not the mainstream but in order to live they had to create something.
So people who creates these artifacts are usually people who can't go up any further and have given up.
In the past month, he had also learned from the old man that he had to start his cultivation or else it would be weird to other people if they saw him like this having a blank magic energy and that cultivators who are higher in cultivation can see through people cultivation as long as it's below them so if he met them and they saw him like this, things might get complicated. Since people who have blank energy are more likely to perfect a certain magic than others who already have the same magic and can only master them.
Since the old man had said so, Chen HaoYu began to read the [Sevenfold Chaos Technique] but even though it's written in English, he couldn't understand a thing at all!
When he read the section about gathering chaos energy, he thought about his blank core and what the old man said about how he first had to know and differentiate chaos energy with other energies before absorbing them since he has a blank core which makes him more prone to absorbing any kind of magic and if he made a mistake in absorbing then he wouldn't be able to revert it back!
Just thinking about this made him have a headache, because he doesn't even know about chaos energy to begin with!
Lying on a curved lounger, he sighed, "How the hell am I suppose to know what a chaos energy is?"
He placed the book on his face, covering it before sleeping. Too tired to think, he just slept.
At the corner, the sprout leaves swayed...
3 hours later.
He woke up froms his nap, sitting up he noticed a plant seemingly about to wither. It was the sprout at the corner of the backyard.
When he saw it, he panicked and ran to it.
"No! No! No! Why are you withering? Did I do something wrong?"
He was panicking as he didn't want the sprout to wither especially when he learned about world seeds from Zhao Congming.
"Haven't I been watering you for the past month? I even gave you fertilizer! What's going on? If you wither what am I going to do?"
Chen HaoYu also thinks that there might be some secrets with this world seed of his since he was able to activate it with nothing but a seemingly ordinary gardening method.
He had even asked the seller that this gardening book might be some kind of cultivation technique for growing spiritual plants but the seller just laughed at him and called him crazy for thinking it that way.
He didn't know if world seeds could wither but since it was a plant, no matter what kind it is, it will wither. That's what Chen HaoYu thought.
Suddenly he had a thought or more like enlightenment, that he should go look for a chaos spring water and get a cup of it!
Without thinking for another second he ran back to the house, pack some clothes and things for camping. He also brought a sword and some knives with him which he bought last week thinking that it might be good to bring when he goes out just like now. And as well as the cup!
After all that, he walked fast towards the library to tell Li MengYao that he'll take a leave and it might take a while for him to come back. Without waiting for Li MengYao to reply, he walked out and hailed a carriage to go to the entrance of the city before leaving the city.

Walking on a dirt road, a young man carrying a knapsack on his back. Suddenly he stopped and muttered, "What is the chaos spring water? How did I know about this?"
Looking around, forest surrounded him. Trees, bushes, and birds flying above.
"Aiya! Where can I find such a thing? Why did I think of something I've never even heard of? Such an idiot!" Chen HaoYu knocked his head hard.
"I've already walked far, now what am I going to do?" Sighing, he continued to walk but now just walking around outside the city.
Chen HaoYu doesn't know much about the creatures of this world since he had just came to this world and he was focusing on array formations that he had forgotten to keep on reading about this world.
Without any knowledge of the creatures he might meet on his walk, he just made it as an experience to himself and explore more.
Before he walked far into the forest, he made sure to mark the place he entered so that he won't get lost.
Walking inside the forest, he saw a lot of different plants that are different from earth. Some have fire as petals, a plants fully made out of thorns with a purple liquid dripping out coating its body, plants that can camouflage, and many more.
As he took in what he sees, sometimes he wished he has a camera to take a photo of those.
"Sigh, there's a lot here that I would want to take a photo. Just like this waterfall! The scenery in this world is just beautiful!"
Chen HaoYu stood by the edge of the lake, the gentle breeze carries with it the rhythmic splashing of the waterfall. Each droplet dances in the sunlight before joining the pool below with a soft splash, creating ripples that spread across the glassy surface of the water. You can feel the cool mist on your skin, refreshing and invigorating. The sound of water meeting water is both soothing and invigorating, adding to the symphony of nature that surrounds you. It's as if the waterfall itself is alive, its energy pulsating through the air and filling you with a sense of wonder and awe.
As he was enjoying the scenery, a glittering light flickered which caught his attention.
Looking at the direction, it seems to be located behind the waterfalls.
Is there something behind this waterfall?
Curious he went around the lake and once he was near the waterfall, he started climbing the wet rocky wall.
Due to it being wet and slippery, he had arrived at the hidden cave thirty minutes later.
He was drenched from the mist and splashes of the waterfall. Wringing his shirt, he looked around.
The cave was dark and the only light was the light coming from the waterfall but he could see that it looked like a tunnel which leads him to somewhere.
"This looks like a nice place to camp," he muttered as he placed his knapsack beside.
It was also nearing evening though the sun has yet to set, he planned to camp here tonight and then check out the tunnel.
