The war room
King Aidan is seated in the war room filled with smoke emitted from the burning torches on the wall. Maps of the surrounding kingdoms are spread across a massive table before him, with a flickering candlelight in the midst.
The diviner's words continues to echo in his head, which begins to irritate him. 'She is safe, and him as a monster should let her be.'
Aidan slams his fist on the table, making the candles jump.
"Safe?" he asks nobody in particular.
"She's not safe. Not while she's in their hands. They're poisoning her mind, feeding her with lies like they always do."
His generals, all vampires who has pledged their allegiance to him, stand around the table, their faces grim. They know this obsession of his. The rumour is everywhere of the King's obsession with his a girl... or rather the said Goddess of Gilmorsh. They've been on many failed sieges because of his obsession and he never refuses to give up.
