It felt like ever since Sylas appeared, this had been happening over and over again. Before, seeing even one of the lesser 713th Warlords was an impossible task. Usually, only direct disciples could see them from time to time, and even then it wasn't all that likely.
Unlike Gralith, these experts tended to take a lot of disciples in and didn't have the time to give all of them the perfect amount of attention they needed unless they proved themselves.
The Serpent, Lion, Ape, and Whale Lineage Heads were a bit more selective than the others, but because they were so difficult to please in terms of the complexities of their Armors, they were rare to appear as well.
