Screams pierced the heavens as Azure Dragon's lingering soul, hidden within the core, was jolted awake, and a terrifying divine dragon manifested in the void. The oppressive might crashed down it was the aura of a supreme being, far stronger than any Sovereign.
Under this pressure, the entire space was shaken. Mist flew everywhere, striking the formation repeatedly, but was repelled each time. The Calamity Staff at the center of the array shone brightly, controlling and stabilizing the formation while the Balance Gem sparkled, instantly balancing all the mist that touched the array. The formation swayed amidst the storm, but could not be destroyed.
Sovereign September's face turned pale with fear; she could sense that, without this array, she would certainly die. Even if the deadly mists were gone, just the sheer weight of that might would be enough to kill her.

But she would get no answer the Chaos Gem would never bother with her.
Nor could Lin Moyu spare any attention now he was focused on the Azure Dragon apparition. "So this is a true supreme being… impressive indeed."
Today he was getting a glimpse of just how strong a true supreme was.
Their sheer presence alone was enough to paralyze any Sovereign.
With a single movement, they could crush even the most powerful sovereigns there was simply no way to fight back, unless something was very wrong, like now.
"Ultimate Immortality!"
With a thought, Lin Moyu activated Ultimate Immortality his aura soared and he entered a state of undying and indestructible existence. While in this state, neither harm nor suppression could touch him.
Facing the Azure Dragon's apparition, Lin Moyu threw out a punch! The blow shattered space, dispersed the mist, and even before the punch landed, a soul shocking force swept over in a tsunami.
Azure Dragon's apparition writhed under the spiritual assault, teetering on the verge of collapse, and let out a shriek not a dragon's roar, but a harsh and ugly scream.
Then Lin Moyu's fist landed, and the enormous punch scattered the apparition completely, preventing it from reforming.
Sovereign September's expression grew even stranger; the Azure Dragon apparition was already terrifying enough, but Lin Moyu's punch was even more terrifying a blow beyond the realm of Sovereigns. But Lin Moyu was supposed to be just peak Chaos realm; how could he possibly be so strong?
And this was a different world, where none of the usual powers could be used fully, so she, a Sovereign, couldn't even exert a fraction of her true strength. If Lin Moyu ever returned to the Chaotic Wilderness, would he be even stronger? She was unaware that Lin Moyu's power came from his own body and soul, entirely self derived and completely unaffected by the rules of any world. So he was nearly as strong in this world as he would be in his own.
Having shattered the Azure Dragon apparition with one blow, Lin Moyu intensified the World Scorching Flame to speed up the refinement.
The shrieking from within the world core became more frenzied, and the entire space began violently trembling. Countless pieces of stone fell from above, instantly turned to dust on touching the mist nothing left behind. The underground maze above collapsed, and a huge shadow smashed through the thickest stone layers and forced its way in.
A roar rang out this time, a true dragon's roar.
"The real one is here!"
Lin Moyu laughed lightly; just as he thought, in a moment of mortal danger, Azure Dragon's physical body would definitely show up. This was his backup so long as a supreme being's body remained, even without a strong soul, he could handle most threats. The fragment of soul amplified by the world core was enough to control the body.
Azure Dragon's physical form was enormous, taking up most of the space. The mists formed by the Forbidden Zone of Life could only cause superficial damage to such a body. A gigantic dragon head lowered and breathed dragonfire at Lin Moyu.
Lin Moyu shouted and charged straight at Azure Dragon, meeting the dragonfire head on and unleashing countless punches in an instant. Sovereign September was dumbfounded; the Azure Dragon apparition had been frightening enough, but this was far more terrifying. Azure Dragon felt to her like an utterly monstrous being, incomparable to any she'd met before.
"How can there be such a terrifying being?" she muttered, her voice trembling. Yet the scariest part was Lin Moyu at peak Chaos realm, he was going toe to toe with this terrible existence, without the slightest fear.
Wave after wave of punches beat back the dragonfire and hammered down on Azure Dragon's body; fist marks appeared across its massive surface, scales turning white at every point Lin Moyu struck. His blows were powerful, but could not break through Azure Dragon's body after all, a supreme being was a supreme being. Azure Dragon, one of the top hundred, had a body that Lin Moyu simply couldn't surpass.
A massive claw crashed down like lightning, striking Lin Moyu and sending him flying for ten thousand miles. Yet a heartbeat later, Lin Moyu was back, untouched. In his undying state, not even Azure Dragon could harm him.
Incredible as it was, Lin Moyu's resilience was plain to see.
With a supreme's body, Lin Moyu and Azure Dragon exchanged blows; one was sent flying, returned unharmed, and the cycle resumed.
Sovereign September looked on, completely dazed, repeating to herself, "Impossible, this is impossible…"
BANG!
With a huge crash, Lin Moyu was struck again, and this time he failed to return his body exploded mid air, reduced to fragments and dust.
Sovereign September gasped; one moment he'd seemed fine, and the next he was obliterated. But a heartbeat later, a purple light flashed and Lin Moyu emerged from it fully restored. His aura soared, he invoked Ultimate Immortality once more for greater power, and again entered the undying state.
"So satisfying, truly exhilarating! I haven't fought like this in ages. Again!"
His voice rang out, full of joy it had been ages since he'd fought so viscerally, and to fight a supreme's physical form made it even more thrilling.
Lin Moyu was having the time of his life; Azure Dragon was not. Within the world core, the World Scorching Flame ceaselessly refined, and Azure Dragon's soul was in mortal danger. If this continued, his soul would be refined completely, and he would truly die. After surviving so long against the odds, how could he accept death now?
The world core shook violently; the whole world was wracked with storm and change, and boundless power surged toward the world core. Numerous realms began to collapse faster!
