On the fifth day of the first week of May 2021, two weeks had passed since the events in Meadowville City, and the new system from the Supreme Council of High Lords had been implemented, except for the Code of Justified Conflict System. Count William and his daughter, Raizah, were hurrying to Accel's office. They knocked on the door and opened it.
"Accel, did you hear about the new system implementation...? Huh?" Raizah exclaimed as she noticed a large number of people inside his office, most of whom were military officers and noble vassals who had come for urgent meetings.

Raizah replied, "I mean, you can't complain too much; after all, one of them is the person who created this system..."
Accel then said, "Ah, yes, the most powerful, strongest, and highly gifted individuals who rules our world—the Three Supreme Sovereign Rulers..."
Accel then continued, "Which one of the Three Supreme Sovereign Rulers created this new system implementation? Do you have any information about it, Count William?"
Count William replied, "From what I've heard, it's the 3rd Supreme Sovereign Ruler who developed the system and presented it to the Supreme Council of High Lords. This 3rd ruler is also known as the Quadrant Rulers, or by the official title of the Four Grand Sovereigns. Among the Four Grand Sovereigns, the individual responsible for this new system is the Rising Sun Arbiter. Rumors suggest that she has returned to our world from the Flame Dimensional Gate. She is said to be the last person to receive the recent Apostle Enlightenment. It is believed that upon her return, she heard a voice from the enlightenment, and with her judgment, she created the new system, intending for the world to operate under it going forward."
Everyone in the room fell silent. Some were skeptical of the rumors, while others believed them, and the rest were unsure of what to think. Then a hand was raised. "Umm... Sorry, but I am Baron Ridge Miles, a newly appointed Baron under the Winchester Family's territory. This is my first time hearing about the Three Supreme Sovereign Rulers of Elysiara. Count Accel laughed and nodded his head. "Sure, Baron Ridge. They aren't very well-known to the public because they don't often interfere in our world. They are usually occupied with trying to break the limits of human impossibilities and only step in when things go awry. So, let me explain who the Three Supreme Sovereign Rulers of Elysiara are."
The Three Supreme Sovereign Rulers of Elysiara are among the strongest, most powerful, and highly gifted individuals, having achieved the impossible through human determination and perseverance. Unlike the Sanctuary of Luminescent Faith, which relies on divinity, faith, and divine beings for elevation, the Three Sovereign Rulers have demonstrated the might of the indomitable human spirit. Their hard work and patience have led them to become the first humans to ascend to the status of Apostle. Once they attain enlightenment, they will officially embark on their journey toward godhood.
It is important to note that the title "Three Supreme Sovereign Rulers" does not imply that there are three rulers in the traditional sense. Rather, this designation is divided into three tiers: Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3. The Tier 1 ruler, known as the Global Authority of Elysiara, holds the same position as the Supreme Matriarch of the Luminescent Faith. However, the Global Authority operates outside the jurisdiction of the Luminescent Faith, relying on human determination and perseverance, in contrast to the faith, divinity, and divine beings upon which the Luminescent Faith depends.
The Global Authority is referred to as the High Sovereign of Elysiara, serving as the supreme mediator and ceremonial ruler of Elysiara. This individual holds ultimate authority in matters of global survival, including responses to worldwide threats, divine crises, and declarations of war.
Accel noticed something was off. "You know, based on the reports from the Global Authority for all tiers, why are most of the names listed women?"
Someone raised her hand and replied, "Count Accel, I heard you recently became part of the Luminescent Faith, so let me explain. According to our Luminescent Faith Doctrine, our world was created by divine beings, all of whom are women. While these divine beings can alter their gender and appearance, they have remained women since their existence began. When the Lesser Goddess created our world, she made a slight mistake—she endowed all women with greater strength and gifts.

This is why there is a difference between the Luminescent Faith and those who don't require assistance with divinity, like the Three Supreme Sovereign Rulers of Elysiara.
