Chapter 300 - A Unexpected Order

"Your body is slowly cracking down by the second!" Batania screamed, making fun of how Alex was rapidly losing his stamina and was shortly about to collapse. "Give up now before you become more of a disappointment, you burning piece of shit!"

Even though he was being insulted, Alex felt a warm presence in his body that grew every second. "I'll surpass Sora and become the best fighter I can be," he said boldly. "This battle won't end until one person is on the ground, on the brink of death!"

"Why the hell won't you just die!?" Batania screamed, using her wings to fly over to Alex at rapid speed. She forced her hands onto his shoulders, planning to take him up to the sky and suffocate him so he would die a painful death. However, Alex had a different plan. "You've been using long-distance attacks this entire time," he said. "Could this mean you've finally lost your cool if you're just coming at me?"

She laughed loudly, her mind set on the fact that he was a kid and the opinion that he couldn't defeat her. "I'll seduce you to nothing!" she screamed, forcing her hands now on his neck. "I'll suffocate you until you die a painful death, you will not defeat me!"

Alex smiled despite the negative circumstances. "It doesn't matter if you have me in a chokehold. It matters that I've already won."

He grabbed Batania's wings aggressively, and burned right through one of them as she screamed in pain. "I've been going easy this entire time, but it seems like I'm going to have to show you what happens when you come after me and my friends."

Fire surrounded his entire body, fading seconds later. Fully disappeared, the form of the God Of Fire had been unleashed for the first time in the battle. "At this rate, I have about thirty seconds until I pass out!" he thought to himself. "Now Batania can't fly, so I have to pray that this fuckass plan works!"

Sora's words of their potential flashed through his mind as he grabbed Batania's wings and used the fire on his hands to propel himself further up into the sky. "I'll go beyond my limits!" he screamed. After throwing her further up in the sky, unable to fly, he stuck out his left hand, creating an orb of harnessed radiation and firepower. "I know this fight has been short, but I'm not going to let it waste my time any more!" He charged at her with the gigantic orb. "Sora believed in me, and I believe in myself! A stupid underling like you wouldn't understand!"

"Underling!?" Batania screamed. "You're more of an underling than me!"

"RADIANT FLAME!" he screamed, piercing right through Batania's flesh as the fire consumed her body. "Alex, you're exceeding your expectations!" Sora exclaimed inside his mind.

"That's where you're wrong!" he screamed. "While they were still here, my parents informed me about the chokehold entities had on our hometown! I share a dream with Kevin, and we are both equal!"

Seconds later, it was over - the explosion had covered both Alex and Batania, her wings both now decapitated from the rest of her body. They both fell into the forest as they passed out.

The battle in the forest was over - The winner? Alex, known as The Human Cannon.

"PLEASE DON'T DO THIS!" the scream continued to echo through both of their minds. Instead of seeing the skies of despair surrounding them in reality, it was as if they were both tapped into a spirit world. By a small oak tree, a girl, head down and begging not to be killed, continued to scream at Itama and Champion. "Who are you…?" Itama asked, getting down on one knee beside the girl. She looked up, her eyes red from her excessive crying. "My name is Saharos, I'm from Death Desert."

Champion's eyes widened, taking another close look at the girl. "Your name is Saharos!?" he exclaimed. "You're lying, Saharos is one of the four legendary pristine entities!"

The girl looked up at Champion. "What the hell are you talking about…" she muttered, her facial expression now changed to a look of stupidity. "Why are people calling me a pristine entity now?" she asked, beginning to cry once again. "I hate entities. I hate everything about them - how they destroy homes, families, I HATE IT ALL!" Her voice became deeper as she screamed, scaring both Itama and Champion.

"I thought people who praised the Realm God would be met with good cause, but seems like the people in my village were ly-"

"The Realm God? You mean that urban legend?" Champion asked Saharos. "What else do you think? Every day, I went to pray to the Realm God to save my family, who plummeted into low income over the years of my childhood. I don't know what else to do with my life instead of praising him, but then I've been stuck here.

Itama looked at her closely. "Maybe she really isn't a threat like we thought she was…"

Meanwhile in the skies of Turia, Uma looked at the entire island of Turia on a mountain, his facial expression neutral. "There's been a change of plans," he said on the radio. "I have been ordered by authorities to destroy the entire Land Of Trila, Team ENTITY and their allies are not permitted to go to the seas again."

Unable to move, Gerald listened to the radio in horror. "Destroy the entire Land Of Trila?" he thought. "I didn't know he had higher ups…"

"All soldiers that are still alive, race towards the mainland and evacuate this land. We will slaughter every single citizen of the Land Of Trila."

Uma continued to talk on the radio, listing the statuses of everyone on Team ENTITY. Kevin and Samantha were listed as unknown, while Michael, Alex, Itama, Champion, and himself were marked as still currently alive on the island. "This guy is about to kill even the people that worked for him!" he raged. "If Kevin and Samantha are still up, they're the only ones that are able to save us past this point!"

Suddenly, the radio disconnected right after a giant explosion. The commotion caused Gerald to move and look up at the skies, now cleared, and notice a figure gliding across the mountain at high speeds, heading straight towards Uma without any thought.

"Is that Samantha!?" he exclaimed, moving his hands toward the windowsill of the house he had crashed in. "She's the only one still standing… is she capable of taking Uma down?"
