Chapter 322 - First Location - Noosa City

About 4 hours following the departure of Team Pyron, they had finally arrived at Noosa City, the first location where Pyron had last been spotted. "I haven't picked up any unusual power yet," Itama told everyone, holding his glowing sword with both of his hands. He turned to Kevin, who, despite preparing to go explore to look for the pristine entity, had a weird look on his face. He turned to Forrest and gestured his hands towards Kevin, who had resembled the weird look to when they had fought in the Underground City 10 months ago. "Kevin," Forrest called out, catching him off guard. "Treat this area with care - it isn't like ART, where you battle just a general, but you're trying to scout one of the most dangerous entities in the world." Kevin turned to Gerald, who was completely clueless on the entire ongoing situation. "Why the hell are you looking at me!?" he exclaimed, bonking Kevin right on the head.

"This is a really cool sword, Itama!" Stephanie exclaimed, picking it up by the blade and swinging it around the van. "That's not how you're supposed to hold a sword, dumbass!" he responded, readjusting her hands so both of them grasped the handle instead of the blade. "I can use stuff how I want, thank you very much!" she clapped back, adding more fuel to the fire. The bickering continued for a couple of minutes until Forrest had finally come to a halt and leaped straight out of the driver's seat, opening the door and inhaling the fresh air of the beautiful Noosa City. "It's been a while since I've seen a view like this!" he said, fully hopping out of the van and embracing the warmth of the sun.

"Didn't know Nahatan leaders weren't able to go outside," Kaelan joked, followed by a small chuckle from both Forrest and Gerald. He also expected Kevin to react, but he was wrong - he slowly walked away from the van as if something were going on inside his head. Gerald examined him closely, pulling out a tracker device that he had put on Kevin. "He still hasn't taken the tracker off his shoes since we got to Trila, but I recommend you guys keep an eye on him - if something goes wrong, we're going to have to head out."

Everyone remaining in the van agreed by nodding their heads, and they all slowly paced themselves into Noosa City.

Volume 13, Chapter 3 - Noosa City

Unsure of where to start his investigation, Forrest silently observed the overlapping conversations on the main street, faintly hearing the fearful cries of people mixed in with the normal, everyday life in the city. "Did you see the newspaper!?" one of these men, significantly louder and with his studious voice, asked someone beside him. "Geez, at least be a little quieter," the man responded, angrily picking up his bag and storming away. Even though he lost out on the chance to get intel, he couldn't help but give out a chuckle. "He just walked away!" he joked inside his mind, suddenly remembering the mission and solemnly smiling. He silently picked up a newspaper from the stand, the headlines reading "PEOPLE IN FEAR AFTER RECENT PRISTINE ENTITY ATTACK: LOCAL ENTITY HUNTERS UNSURE ON HOW TO PROCEED." Forrest leaned back at the city, noticing that the fearful cries were getting louder and louder. "My wife is worried about this, and I am too! We're going to have to evacuate the city if Pyron gets too close to the city, according to the government's last notice!" he heard. Suddenly, Forrest heard an explosion in the distant parts of the street, followed by multiple screams of existing uneasiness. "THERE'S AN ENTITY ATTACKING!" someone screamed, raising the tensions on the street and causing everyone to begin sprinting away from the scene. A fire type entity was now roaming the streets of the city, attacking the crowd with its everlasting inferno. About 10 seconds later, a random figure collided with the entity, sending a shockwave of wind through the air. After the screen of dust settled within the street, Forrest could see Kevin's fist, lifted towards the sky, his eyes focused right on the entity. "Kevin!" Forrest exclaimed, his voice drowned out with the questioning chatter. "Who the hell are you!?" a voice shouted, standing out from any other. Kevin looked back at the crowd, his neutral expression becoming public to all. "I am the entity hunter who is going to SAVE THE WORLD!" he screamed, followed by a wave of silence. A few seconds later, he dodged a water-style attack from one of the local entity hunters as she aggressively landed beside him. "Who the hell do you think you are, you intruder!?"

The murmurs within the crowd grew louder and louder. "Why the hell is she here?" one person asked, followed by more hateful questions that multiplied each second. Forrest, remembering Kevin's habit to jump into things that doesn't include him, slowly paced away from the crowd. "I'm not going to be involved in this!" he said. However, he was then swarmed by what seemed to be like hundreds of news reporters and violently dragged away from the scene. "Let me go, you pieces of shit!" he complained, but was drained out by every single news reporter that hauled him across the city. After the crowd surrounding both Kevin and this mysterious woman faded, she pulled out her umbrella and stuck it right in his face. She silently examined Kevin's body for a few seconds before he had pressed off the ground and jumped onto one of the buildings. "Where the hell do you think you're going!?"

Kevin turned his head back, noticing the woman's angry expression as she slowly pursued him across the rooftops of the city. "What could you possibly want from me!?" he complained, noticing as she aimed her umbrella right towards him. "Drowsy Feeling!" she exclaimed, exerting a blue glow from the umbrella that hit Kevin right in the back, causing him to fall onto the ground.

The woman finally landed right beside Kevin, setting her umbrella down and sitting right beside him. She noticed his glassy eyes, patting him twice on the head. "What the hell did you do to me…" he muttered, fighting to not fall asleep due to the attack.

"Not the time to explain what I did to you, but I want you to help me with something!" she proposed, glancing at Kevin's disgusted face.
