Multiple fire-type entities that did not obtain the lava mutation proceeded to roam through the forest, closing in on one of the many small villages that stood near White Garden. "IF YOU DON'T EVACUATE, YOU'LL DIE!" a resident screamed, holding back his tears of grief to try and help the citizens to evacuate their homes. With each cry, his heartbeat multiplied, but he ignored his emotions due to his everlasting bravery and pride for the village and its people. Just in time before the entities sent the entire village up in flames, Itama, Gerald, and Kaelan had arrived on the scene, and they were ordered by Forrest to protect the village from any entities that tried to attack the fearful residents. "The entity hunters have arrived!" the man cried out, finally snapping and falling onto the ground and screaming in grief. "You've held in your true feelings for long enough!" Itama reassured him. "Now, we're going to protect you and the citizens of this village from this unusual weather phenomenon!"
Gerald, slowly somersaulting through the sky, noticed the Great Armor speeding across the village at its full speed. "Now that all the entities in this area have been cleared, there is one more heading towards the end of the forest!" Forrest advised, signaling Gerald, Itama, and Kaelan to all follow him to the location of the final entity.
Meanwhile in another part of the forest, Xavier quickly sprinted up the rough, scaly body of the lava-type entity with Mythium in the shape of a phantom spread across both of his hands. He noticed a glow flying straight out of the forest, which was Kevin preparing to attempt another attack. Focusing back on the lava-type entity, Xavier jumped straight up with both of his hands, punching the entity and creating a hole right through its head. "Cut of the Phantoms!" he screamed, followed by Kevin's Gravitational Kick.
About a second later, the entity fell straight on the dry, brittle dirt, and slowly faded away into the beautiful red sky created by the fire storm. A moment of silence was shared between Kevin and Xavier, who both watched as the entity slowly withered away into the skies.
Volume 13, Chapter 7 - Fading into the Air
"Following the fire storm that affected Little Garden, Team Pyron was able to assist in eliminating the entities before any casualties were caused," Forrest wrote in a notebook that was standing against the desk of the hospital room. "We have still not made a single encounter with TARGET (Pyron), but now we can begin to predict where he will appear next, contributing a major amount toward our mission. Kevin, even though he suffered an extremely severe burn from the lava-type entity, had his hand turned back to normal just within three hours after he had gotten the wound. We may have failed to defeat Pyron in this encounter, but it is too early to say our mission has been completed. From this point on, Pyron will be eliminated with full force on sight," the page ended.
Kevin, who had just finished reading Forrest's report, felt confident but also fearful of their next encounter with Pyron - if they even were able to get close to him again. His thoughts were interrupted by Gerald and Kaelan's entrance, which changed the atmosphere of the room from quiet to lively. "Team Pyron strikes again!" Gerald said courageously, exchanging looks with both Kevin and Kaelan. "This is the first time we've saved a civilization under the name Team Pyron," Kaelan said, shooting down Gerald's entire idea. "Way to ruin my fantasy with your words of logic, Kaelan!" he blamed, lunging right at him. "IT'S JUST A FANTASY, GERALD!" Kevin exclaimed, holding him back by grasping his hands with all of his might. "Say, have you seen Itama for the past hour?" Kaelan asked, shifting the vibe to ominous once again.
Itama sat quietly on the rooftop of the hospital, his eyes angled towards the beautiful sun that slowly appeared straight from the scattered clouds. "Another beautiful day, and your soul still lives on through your most prized possession…" he said to himself, pulling up his right sleeve and revealing a rainbow scarf that was tied to his shoulder. "Sixteen years ago, I tied this scarf to the wound of grief and haven't taken it off since," continued Itama. This scarf had belonged to the late Trhama Black of Death Desert, who had been killed due to Aybara's scandals as mentioned in ENTITY VOLUME 6: DEATH DESERT and other previous volumes. The "wound of grief" Itama was referring to was only known to Umai Black, Trhama's brother, who had helped him cope through his grief following his best friend's death. For the first time in years about nine months ago when Team ENTITY first arrived in Death Desert, they had met yet again, but exchanged blows instead of catching up with each other. Even though Trhama has been gone for more than half a decade already, he still has been on Itama's shoulder since childhood - and had been with him even through important missions like the Land of Trila and their current mission.
