So the Galaxy's Envoy itself lies in the past, present, and future; it exists across the entire timeline, a very "vast" entity.
At the dawn of Genesis, people could only see the head of the Galaxy's Envoy. It would take about 50 billion years for people to see its body, and then by the destruction of the world, the end of the universe, that would be the tail or feet of the Galaxy's Envoy.

Because poor Farosa, as a three-dimensional being, does not even occupy a single point on the "time" dimension.
