Vaughn turned to Marco Deluca and Silas after looking at Eliza for a while, "Who was behind it?"
"Margaret," Silas answered.
"Margaret?" Vaughn frowned. He had heard this name somewhere. "Who?"
Marco Deluca clenched his fist on his sides as he spat through gritted teeth. "Margaret Monroe."
"George's wife? And Eliza's aunt?" Vaughn asked, uncertain.
Silas nodded. He still couldn't believe that she was the one behind everything. Last night, his men had captured her when she tried to run.
"Why?" Vaughn asked coldly.
"Because of Mira Waverly." Vaughn heard Nick's voice from behind.
"Eliza's mother?" Vaughn looked at his father.
Nick nodded.
"What enmity she had with Mira?" Vaughn asked after a short pause.
"See for yourself." Nick got his phone out and handed it to Vaughn.
Vaughn took the phone from his father and clicked play on the video option.
In the video, he saw that Margaret was tied to a chair. She was laughing while looking at Silas.
