Seri breathed out a sigh of relief.
"Gosh, Kira, you scared me," Seri blurted out while standing up from the floor.
"What were you doing here in a bush?" Kira's eyes scanned the bush Seri was hiding inside.
Seri wanted to shout at her but stopped, not wanting things to seem suspicious.
"Actually, my earrings fell down, and I was looking for them," she lied.
"But your earrings are in your ears." Kira pointed it out, causing Seri to roll her eyes.
"Well, yes, I found them and put them back on," Seri said before walking away to avoid Kira asking more questions.
"There is something wrong with Seri… but anyway, not my problem," Kira muttered. "I have to find Lucas. Where is he?" she groaned before walking away.
