Anthony floated speechless. He could hardly believe it. Vega, his Vega, daughter of Klaus and Amara, and one of the most talented beings the Universe had ever witnessed, was here scrubbing toilets.
Anthony didn't exactly know how to react. His mind flashed back to Vega talking to him about going on solo adventures when she Ascended, how she might create her own force, become an Adventurer, or do something else entirely.
She had wanted to do something great, to become someone great, yet... here she was.
For a moment, Anthony felt like erasing the entire force that had reduced his woman to such a state in a fit of fury, but he held himself back. He was sure people like Klaus had considered destroying the entire Galaxy and getting it over with, but had probably been stopped by Amara.
