Chapter 202 - Chapter 112 Strengthening the Base Form is the Real Deal (Part 3)

Meanwhile, Raditz and Mijorin's battle intensified.

Following another fierce clash, the two sides once again faced off. As the atmosphere grew increasingly tense, Mijorin could no longer bear it.

"Next, I'll show you my true power! Rookie, don't blame me for being too harsh." Mijorin's werewolf-like body leaned forward slightly.

As his aura surged, subtle changes also began to appear on his beast body.

Visible to the naked eye, a layer of red light enveloped his body, like a thin membrane.

"Awoooo~~!!!!!!" With a howl like that of a wolf, Mijorin's aura completely erupted with that cry, a violent surge of energy bursting forth and transforming into a storm that swept across everywhere.

The frenzied aura replaced the previous one, and a massive pressure came crashing down on Raditz.

Mijorin's aura raged in all directions, disturbing the air pressure. His power level shot up, reaching just over 20 million in numerical terms.

"So this is your full strength? You really weren't lying." Feeling the aura storm bearing down on him, Raditz didn't flinch, instead, he smiled with excitement.

At the very least, Mijorin hadn't disappointed him. His strength far exceeded expectations, and was worthy of Raditz going all out.

"Ooooo~~!!!" As his aura reached its peak, Mijorin abruptly drew it back. The storm that had ravaged the area also dispersed.

He stood not far in front of Raditz, his posture overwhelmingly confident and imposing, arms crossed: "Rookie, now you understand the gap between our strength, right? Continuing this fight is pointless. Let's end it here. You're no match for me. Just admit defeat and back down obediently."

Mijorin's attempt at intimidation made Raditz laugh.

Even Talot couldn't make him yield and admit defeat. Did this level of strength qualify to make him admit defeat? What a joke.

"Don't be so quick to draw conclusions. Are you so sure this is the extent of my power?" As the words fell, Raditz decisively used Kaio-ken.

A crimson aura surged around him, his power skyrocketing. The immense pressure crashed toward Mijorin, shattering his previously stable aura with sheer brute force.

Sensing this rapidly intensifying and terrifying aura, the smile on Mijorin's face froze, replaced by profound shock and fear.

"Th-This is... Lord Kai's secret technique! Kaio-ken?! Lord Kai actually taught you this technique, and you even mastered it?!" Mijorin shouted in disbelief.

"Hmph?! Since you know about Kaio-ken, I won't waste words, let me show you my 20x Kaio-ken!!!" With a burst of power, Raditz unleashed the 20x Kaio-ken.

His power level soared past 28 million. The terrifying pressure expanded without restraint, instantly engulfing Mijorin's body and completely locking down his movements.

[Damn it!! I'm paralyzed by the aura, I can't move!!] Realizing his body wouldn't respond, Mijorin's emotions surged wildly, utterly horrified.

Raditz's aura reached its peak, then immediately charged forward like a storm and appeared right in front of Mijorin, swinging his fist to smash fiercely into Mijorin's abdomen.

"BOOM!!!!"

A bone-shaking, visceral impact rang out.

Those abs, which seemed like solid stone, were deformed with ease by the strike, completely unable to withstand Raditz's attack.

Mijorin's eyes rolled back, and darkness swallowed his consciousness as he collapsed on the ground.

A one-hit KO?!

That's right!

The outcome was decided without any suspense.

Raditz had already reached a near-perfect mastery of his power. That punch was thrown with his full strength. He used this opportunity to establish his authority.

It wasn't that he didn't want a drawn-out fight, but there would be plenty of chances in the future, and countless opponents waiting.

To put it plainly, Grand Kai's Planet had been peaceful for far too long. The warriors here had lived in comfort for too long, to the point they'd even forgotten what real battle felt like.

There's nothing wrong with seeking strength, but without real combat experience, without clear goals and without trials, this is the result.

If Mijorin had been fighting actual battles all along, there's no way Raditz could have taken him down with a single punch.

"Sorry for finishing you off in one blow. It was a bit boring, but I have to admit, you really opened my eyes." Raditz cancelled his 20x Kaio-ken, a confident smile radiating across his face. Hands on his hips, his gaze swept across everyone outside the arena.

The warriors who saw this scene were all stunned into silence, frozen in place.

While Mijorin might not have been among the absolute top-tier fighters, he definitely ranked within the top ten of their group.

Even so, he had been defeated by a single punch from Raditz. The difference in power was so massive, they found it hard to believe.

Their understanding of Kaio-ken had been completely overturned.

Only now did they realize; this wasn't some rookie. This was clearly a super warrior.

The three Saiyans brought by Lord North Kai... it was more likely they were here to train us.

"Kaio-ken! And it was 20x Kaio-ken!" Even Olibu was so shocked he was at a loss for words.

He knew Kaio-ken too!

But at most, he could only use it at two to three times the multiplier.

The burden of 20x Kaio-ken was unimaginable; it was terrifying.

This wasn't something that could be achieved just by having a strong body. It required control over aura, powerful physique, and deep understanding of spirit energy. The slightest misstep could mean exploding and dying.

That was exactly why he didn't use it.

But with Raditz using 20x Kaio-ken so effortlessly, it was clear to anyone watching; there were no side effects at all.

This made it obvious just how skilled Raditz was with Kaio-ken, far beyond Olibu's own skills.

Unconsciously, Olibu's gaze toward Talot changed again.

If Raditz could wield 20x Kaio-ken with such ease, then the even more powerful Talot definitely could too; maybe he could even go beyond that, to higher multipliers.

That aura he sensed earlier, chances were, it came from an even higher multiplier of Kaio-ken.

What Olibu didn't know was that Talot's earlier outburst wasn't Kaio-ken at all, but a Super Saiyan transformation.

Of course, that didn't stop his fighting spirit from rising.

"Your companion's fight is over. How about it? Want to spar with me?" Olibu proposed.

The moment those words left his mouth, everyone present was instantly shocked.

"That's exactly what I was thinking," Talot replied smoothly.

At that moment, the two of them had, in a sense, reached a mutual understanding; both were eager for a battle against the other.

"If you two are going to fight, you'd better pick a different place. With your power levels, this area won't be able to withstand it. Go to the Spire Mountain training ground. That place is reinforced with barriers, you can go all out without holding back," North Kai suddenly spoke up, choosing a battleground for Talot and Olibu.

He was also looking forward to this fight. Olibu's strength was beyond question; he was currently the strongest warrior in North Kai's camp.

Talot, his personally trained disciple, had now reached an unprecedented level of power. A clash between the two would no doubt be spectacular.

"Understood, Lord Kai."

Olibu bowed respectfully to North Kai, then turned to Talot and said, "Follow me. I'll lead the way."

Talot nodded. The two of them took off, one after the other, flying toward the distant Spire Mountain region.

In truth, Talot had already more or less guessed where the battleground would be.

It should be the very same place where Goku later trained in the original work.
