Andrew decided shortly after that the rest of this conversation could not happen without alcohol. He pulled out his phone, letting Maxwell know that they were moving locations, going to a bar or pub, and he also waved over his security.
"Noah, someone from the security team will drive you home tonight and you can come pick up your car later." Andrew told him, not asking his opinion. Noah stared at him, surprised, as Andrew waited for Maxwell's text response.
Instead, he got a phone call.
"Just take him to our house." Maxwell started, no 'hello', no 'how are you doing?'. No nonsense, like the man he loved.
"Are you sure?" Andrew asked, worried. He heard the chair squeak on the other side of the phone as Maxwell leaned back. He scoffed shortly after that.
