Chapter 0 - Preface

There are stories born of chance — and others that have existed since before time itself. The Eminent Divine Spirit belongs to the latter.

Divided into four parts, this work is not merely a tale of battles and kingdoms; it is, in truth, a spiritual journey that repeats throughout the ages. In every existence, the same spirit awakens — sometimes as a creator, sometimes as an heir, sometimes as the one who dares to defy the very gods.

The first part leads the reader to the birth of a being who, in his solitude, dares to create companionship. From that audacity, two opposing forces are born, destined for conflict and disorder. To restore balance, the creator gives all of himself, sacrificing his own essence and, through it, sowing the life that would fill the cosmos. Yet before vanishing, he imposes upon himself a law — to reincarnate eternally until the cycle of chaos and redemption is fulfilled. Then, he must gather the thirteen shadows that would one day be known as the Thirteen Templar Knights.

The second part unfolds in a new world, far from divine origins, where faith and honor have been eroded by time. Here, the story becomes human: it speaks of ruined kingdoms, inherited promises, and spirits scarred by absence. A new heir arises — not to repeat the past, but to understand the cost of every legacy. Amid wars, seals, and sacrifices, he will discover that even the weakest of mortals may bear the spark of the divine and of the Seven Arcane Sacraments.

The third part descends into the dimensions where humanity brushes against the infinite. Wars of cosmic scale arise; the laws of creation are questioned and bent by hands once pure. Truth and the weight of power become indistinguishable, and spirits from ancient ages return to contend for dominion over destiny. Thus are raised the Five Veils of Fate.

The fourth and final part unveils the heart of the curse — the origin of the hatred and loss that have spread across all ages. The ending is not a victory, but a revelation: that love and destruction are two faces of the same essence. And that, in the end, even the divine must confront what it fears within itself.

In the end, perhaps The Eminent Divine Spirit has always been within us… beside us… in everything that exists.
