Somebody pointed at two powerful beams, shooting into the clouds.
One is a red beam, while the other is white. It is early in the morning, so people can see the two beams even from their windows.
The beams are coming from Dream City, a city where only warriors and their families live. Of course, not all warriors live there, just the high-ranking ones.
Waves of energy kept washing over the Earth's surface, causing everyone to feel them and thus turn and look. Of course, even without the waves, one could see the red and white colours separating the clouds.
The Earth had been restructured so that the previously disorganised, poorly placed houses weren't repeated in this new world.
All buildings were lined with roads and airrails that allowed airships and cars to move about without accidents or difficulties.
