Holding Aiden's hands, Arwen went to greet his grandfather.
She thought he would introduce them; however, taking her with him, Aiden made no effort. He just stood with her, holding her hands.
Confused, she turned to look at him. "Husband, you —"
"Don't expect that from him, dear," Morgan said before Arwen could nudge Aiden. "He wouldn't make any effort to introduce you to me or anyone."
Arwen pulled her lips into a wide smile and then turned to look at the old man. "Ah… actually, it's not like that. Aiden had told me about you. He —"
"He did?" the Old Winslow asked deliberately, even after knowing that she was just saying it for a say … for a general formality.
After all, how else would it sound if she said that her dear husband never cared to mention his family to her?
Laughing out politely, she nodded, "Of course, he did."
"Oh, but he never mentioned you to me," Morgan said, quirking his brows at her.
