Han Zhou's eyes sharpened with a strange coldness. Xia Yu's blood ran cold.
The photographs showed her or rather, Lei Mei's figure with a strange man, the angles suggesting them in a compromising position. An arm on her wrist as she smiled at the man. There were many more with different men, at different occasions. Some were taken in the bar while others were in a fancy restaurant.
Xia Yu only recognized the last one.
"He is my colleague. He treated me with hot pot after we struck a deal." she explained only for Mrs Han to sneer.
"Do you even eat hot pots, Mei? At least make a possible excuse." Su Yan hid her smile too.
"Even if we forget this one. What about others." Mrs Han searched for all of them and took out three more. "What about these?" They were even angled to look far more intimate than they were.
Mrs. Han's voice cut through the heavy silence like a knife.
