Once Jian Zhi was done talking with his mother he excused himself to go back to his brother. Jian yu stayed in the carriage the whole time so when Jian zhi found him he was relieved that his brother didn't disappear again. Jian Zhi doesn't wanna ask any questions since he knows his brother is not in a good mood.
They head back riding the carriage, on their way home Jian Yu was looking outside the window when he saw the school and the carriage stopped. "Why are we here?" Jian Yu glances at his brother "I have to make a quick stop in the school to get my things that i forgot" Jian zhi replied.
"Make it quick then. " Jian Yu approve.
"You both stay here I will get it myself" Jian zhi heads out and silence envelopes the carriage with only two people inside. A long period of silence was broken by Jian Yu who seems to see something outside the window. "Is my brother doing well in school?"
Yuan looks up to Jian Yu who is currently observing outside. "Yes master, he never have troubles."
"I see." In a split second he looks angry and immediately gets out the carriage disappearing in an instant."Master?!" Yuan was about to follow him but in a blink of an eye he disappeared.
A group of teenagers were playing around in school premises they were holding a paper with an ugly drawing on it. "Everyone look this is young master Jian the fairy in river CangQiong" everyone laugh and went along with it.
"He's acting kind just because he is a half blood trying to get along with us humans where in truth he will suck our blood! "
"Oh? Mind if you tell me more about that little fairy?" A deep voice with a hint of hostility interrupted the teenager speaking. The teen looks behind to see a man wearing a hooded robe sitting in the roof, his facial features are unclear cause the hood is blocking the way but his long white hair can be seen in front.
"Mister is interested of the monster of Jian family?"
"Hm. Tell me more about it." The man replied while leisurely eating an apple.
"He is a hypocrite and his brother fled out of the capital cause he is a monster, young master Jian even have the audacity to seduce the prince!" The teen proudly tell the man and realize something amiss. "Wait! Who are you?! This is the school ground! No outsiders are allowed! "
The man let out a low chuckle before throwing the half eaten apple in the air and flick it towards the teen using his finger. The apple directly hit the teen's forehead making him take a step back and hiss in pain. "Fuck!? Guards! " while the friends checked up on the teen.
The man in the robe snorts before speaking in a cold manner "the next time you speak ill about Jian zhi not only the apple will hit that big forehead of yours." The man saw that the guards are rushing inside so he immediately turn around before disappearing in thin air.
Jian zhi standing near the gate who witnessed the commotion have his lips curved up.
Jian zhi returned to the carriage holding some books turns to look around only to see yuan. Yuan noticed that he is looking for his brother "young master, master went out after you went inside earlier." Speak of the devil and he will come, Jian zhi who have his black hair down while walking towards the carriage with a cross arms.
"Ge? Where did you went? " Jian zhi asked while yuan is helping him carry the books.
"Stroll out. Let's head back i wanna see grandfather" when he was going to get inside the carriage Jian zhi tugs his robe making him look back at his brother.
"Thank you ge" Jian zhi was smiling happily at his brother.
"What do you mean? I was just strolling." Jian Yu casually replied.
"Yeah right then why is your hair down? " Jian zhi tilts his head to look at his brother that is trying to hide his face.
"A cat decided to mess with my hair" Jian Yu immediately to the carriage to avoid any further question.
"Let me tie up your hair ge" Jian zhi followed him inside.
