"Sins can't lose our memories," grunted Dimitri, turning away from me to look at Luca. "He's gotta be bullshittin' you."
Shrugging my shoulders, I went to sit down on the couch. Whether he was bullshitting me or not, the truth was that he either forgot about me or he was just pretending. Either way, it made me feel like shit.
"I'll let you guys figure it out," I continued. Looking down at my hand, I realized that the lollypop I had taken out was no longer in it, and I let out a huff of frustration. The sugar coffee had officially run its course, and now I was crashing.
I just wanted to go home… only I didn't know exactly where that was.
Great, now I was in the middle of a pity party for one, and I wasn't loving that.
Jumping to my feet, I smoothed out my dress and grabbed Teddy out of my space. Apparently, only Teddy was going to be able to fix this problem. "I'm taking a nap," I announced. "You guys are going to talk to Eric and see where we are on the bug spray."
