"The battle begins!" the senior brother announced.

"Electric Terrain!"

"Focus Energy!" Chris and Master Mustard issued orders simultaneously.

Zeraora raised its fist high and struck the ground heavily.

Immediately, white sparks spread like waves, and in the blink of an eye, the entire battlefield was covered with electrical energy.

With the blessing of Zapdos's Treasure, the sparks on the ground were as thick as a carpet—just standing on it was intimidating.

Urshifu didn't move, simply staring at Zeraora. Air currents surged around its body, its fur standing on end before settling down again—whether from Electric Terrain or Focus Energy was unclear.

"Mind's Eye?" Chris frowned slightly. He sensed that Urshifu had gained insight into everything, as if it had activated Mind's Eye.

Did the Master also teach Pokemon to open their inner sight?

"Little Windy, be careful—this old man is about to attack!" Master Mustard said with a grin, raising his hand to point. "Urshifu, Close Combat!"

Urshifu immediately stepped forward.

Before the sound of footsteps could be heard, the black shadow had already pierced toward Zeraora like a falcon, and a single punch transformed into a barrage of fist shadows covering Zeraora's entire body.

Chris didn't have time to react, nor did Zeraora. In terms of pure speed, it far surpassed Urshifu.

With continuous swift movements, it deftly and easily avoided a series of attacks from Urshifu.

But within just a few seconds, the lightning coating on Zeraora's body began trembling uncontrollably, faintly showing signs of fracturing.

This meant Zeraora had been hit by attacks!

Chris quickly understood the reason.

While Zeraora's speed was indeed fast, no matter how swift it moved, under Urshifu's "Mind's Eye," Zeraora's movements were completely transparent.

Even though Urshifu's speed was slower than Zeraora's, it could design "traps" through multiple consecutive attacks to guide Zeraora into exposing its "weaknesses." This meant that regardless of Zeraora's speed advantage, once it came within range, it would inevitably be struck by Urshifu!

"Using stillness to overcome motion..." Chris had heard this technique from his teacher before, never imagining he hadn't fully mastered it yet but was encountering it in the game.

"However, it's not only your martial arts that can comprehend the mind!"

"Zeraora, Heart Net!" Chris commanded.

Zeraora immediately stepped back, crossed its hands before itself, and used its claws to tear open electrical currents like a net in mid-air to block Urshifu, which was still pursuing.

When Urshifu shattered the Electro Web, it immediately found itself standing within a cage!

On the ground, in the sky, to the sides... The entire battlefield was covered by a net woven from electrical current.

Chris preferred to describe it as an "octagonal cage" rather than a prison.

A place where only the victor could emerge!

It functioned similarly to "Block"—Pokemon couldn't be recalled without tearing through the Electro Web.

But that wasn't its primary purpose.

The move Zeraora used was called "Heart Net," inspired by Chris based on the lightning techniques of the character "Enel" from the pirate anime he'd watched previously.

Zeraora's Mind's Eye technique was newly learned and couldn't be used perfectly yet.

Therefore, Chris had it use "Mind's Eye" as a foundation, relying on its powerful Electric-type abilities to connect with electricity in the air.

This allowed electricity to serve as its "eyes" to sense and Lock On to movements around it, producing an effect similar to Mind's Eye.

When Zeraora truly mastered Mind's Eye, the "Heart Net" connected to electricity would surpass ordinary Mind's Eye.

However, judging from the current need for Electric Terrain as assistance, it would take some time.

"Plasma Fists!" Chris raised his hand and pressed down, commanding with authority.

Zeraora touched the ground with its toes, and in the next moment transformed into an extremely bright white spark, shooting toward Urshifu like an arrow.

Master Mustard's Urshifu was "Rapid Strike Style," with Water and Fighting typing.

Weak to Electric attacks, it would take double damage once hit by Zeraora's Plasma Fists.

Combined with the 100% power increase from Zapdos's Treasure and the doubled power of the first Electric-type attack move, this was comparable to quadruple super effectiveness!

Additionally, there was a 30% move power boost from Electric Terrain.

With such compounded terrifying power, even legendary Pokemon would surely be defeated instantly!

"Flowing Water!" Master Mustard called out softly, his expression growing serious.

The two Pokemon clashed at the battlefield's center.

Zeraora's punches moved like lightning, with only extremely bright white light visible. Beyond the terrifying speed and penetrating power, the electricity also produced an effect similar to "flash grenades" when attacking, dazzling observers.

But Urshifu had already closed its eyes in advance. Its naked eyes couldn't see Zeraora's attacks at all, so it relied entirely on its "Mind's Eye." Its two hands slowly "pushed" through mid-air, as if performing mysterious boxing techniques.

The fist movements flowed like water, appearing extremely slow.

Each of Zeraora's punches striking Urshifu seemed to hit a calm water surface, creating ring after ring of ripples.

The waves on the lake trembled violently.

"Is this Surging Strikes?" Chris frowned. It looked like a defensive move, but... he clearly remembered that in the game, Surging Strikes was a rapid attack move that struck three times per turn and always hit critical points.

If he couldn't understand it, there was no forcing comprehension. For now, he didn't need to grasp every detail.

Zeraora would break through with pure strength.

The blessing of Zapdos's Treasure was terrifying!

Following Zeraora's attack, the surging electrical current almost condensed into a thunder dragon, pushing back against Urshifu, striking the "octagonal cage," and penetrating until it hit the dojo wall.

"Zzzzt!"

Sparks flew everywhere!

Unfortunately, Urshifu wasn't defeated instantly, as its Surging Strikes had absorbed a large portion of Plasma Fists' power.

"Not bad—Little Windy is so powerful, I think you could try competing with Little Leo for the Championship." Master Mustard nodded approvingly. "But it seems if I don't show some real strength, this will end too easily."

With that, Master Mustard produced a Poke Ball to recall Urshifu, then revealed his Dynamax wristband.

"Urshifu, Dynamax!"
