The next evening, the princess walked into Angel's room with Nadia beside her.
"My wedding is officially in three weeks, and I'm still in Kolasi," she said immediately as she stepped into the room.
She stopped on her tracks, when she saw Angel transferring Isabella into a baby stroller.
"Going out?" She asked.
"Where's my baby?" Nadia, who walked past her, moved to Isabella.
Angel suddenly felt very awkward. She hadn't seen Nadia since the night of the fundraiser. And after everything Ares had told her, she didn't know how to act around her.
"Oh my gorgeous girl. Sorry, grandma hasn't come to see you. She's been nursing a fever she totally kicked in the ass. You're so beautiful, my baby," she said, playing with her little dimples.
"Hey, going out?" The princess called Angel's attention, allowing Nadia to talk to the baby.
Angel moved towards her, and sighed. "Ares sent the stroller. We're testing it out. The weather looks nice enough," she said.
