Chapter 478 - Chapter 478: The Two-Headed Jiao Dragon Clan, Ao Huangtian!

Chapter 478: The Two-Headed Jiao Dragon Clan, Ao Huangtian!

Mo Yu's expression darkened slightly as he gazed at the figure that had suddenly appeared. This person radiated a powerful aura, his face twisted with rage. At this moment, he stared furiously at Mo Yu, his eyes brimming with unbridled murderous intent.

"Another Two-Star Dou Zun... Ao Guang," Mo Yu muttered, his gaze sweeping over the furious man. His heart sank.

With this person's appearance, it was clear that the fact Mo Yu had killed the Jiao Crown Prince had been exposed.

Mo Yu's eyes flickered rapidly, and his fists clenched tightly.

"Boy from Zhongzhou, you sure have guts! How dare you kill the heir of my Two-Headed Jiao Dragon Clan? You're asking for death! Today, you, your Dou Zun bodyguard, and everyone in the Shui family won't leave here alive!"

Ao Guang's face was filled with rage as he glared at Mo Yu. The murderous aura radiating from him shot straight up to the sky, making the sunny day feel eerily cold.

After seeing the body of the Jiao Crown Prince, Ao Guang initially believed that the culprit was a Dou Zun from another faction who had infiltrated Wan She Island. Only someone of that level could have killed the Jiao Crown Prince, who had recently advanced to the eighth rank.

However, after sensing Mo Yu's strength, which was comparable to that of Blood Shark Prince, one of the top experts in the South Sea, Ao Guang immediately concluded that Mo Yu was the culprit.

Mo Yu had a prior grudge against the Jiao Crown Prince, and now he was even fighting Blood Shark Prince on equal footing. There was no doubt that he was the one who had killed the Jiao Crown Prince!

Upon hearing Ao Guang's words, the crowd froze, their expressions turning to shock as they stared at Mo Yu in disbelief.

"This kid... he actually killed the Jiao Crown Prince?"

If killing Kuang Lang was audacious, then killing the Jiao Crown Prince was simply reckless beyond belief, as if he were untouchable.

By offending two out of the three major sea monster clans, no matter how powerful the faction behind Mo Yu in Zhongzhou might be, they would likely be unable to withstand the resulting retaliation.

The Jiao Crown Prince was the most talented heir of the Two-Headed Jiao Dragon Clan's elder patriarch. With his death, the entire South Sea was likely to be thrown into chaos.

"Mo Yu... he really killed the Jiao Crown Prince?" In the Shui family's camp, Shui Cang's face, already aged, seemed to grow even older upon hearing the news. His face was pale and drained of all color.

If killing Kuang Lang still allowed for some way to mediate the conflict, then the death of the Jiao Crown Prince would undoubtedly provoke the wrath of the entire Two-Headed Jiao Dragon Clan. Even the powerful Ao Huangtian might personally come out of seclusion!

Ao Huangtian, the elder patriarch of the Two-Headed Jiao Dragon Clan, was one of the strongest beings in the South Sea. If he made a move, Mo Yu's chances of survival would become virtually nonexistent.

Even the Shui family would be wiped out as collateral damage!

The two Shui sisters, understanding the gravity of the situation, looked pale and helpless as they gazed at the silver-eyed youth in the sky. The situation was on a knife's edge—could Mo Yu turn the tide?

While the Shui family was filled with despair, Blood Shark Prince was also taken aback. He hadn't expected Mo Yu to be so daring as to kill even the Jiao Crown Prince.

However, this gave him an opportunity. If he teamed up with Ao Guang, with two Dou Zun experts working together, how could they not defeat this arrogant young man?

"Brother Ao Guang, this boy not only killed my son Kuang Lang but also your Jiao Crown Prince. He's wildly arrogant, and his actions are intolerable to both gods and men. Why don't we join forces today and take him down together?" Blood Shark Prince sneered at Mo Yu as he spoke to Ao Guang.

"That's exactly what I was thinking!" Ao Guang didn't hesitate. The Jiao Crown Prince was dead, and even though Ao Guang held a high rank within the Two-Headed Jiao Dragon Clan, he would still face severe punishment from the elder patriarch when he returned.

His only option now was to capture Mo Yu and make amends.

Mo Yu's expression grew darker as he took a step back. With two Two-Star Dou Zuns, along with the lurking threats of Wu Jun and Black Abyss Sovereign, today's situation seemed incredibly dangerous. If he wasn't careful, he could really fall here.

"Brother Ao Guang, once we capture this brat, we must ensure he suffers a death by a thousand cuts to appease my hatred!" Blood Shark Prince's face was twisted with malice as he looked at Mo Yu. "And how dare he challenge the sea monster clans? We must punish him severely to send a message to everyone else!"

"Don't worry. Once the elder patriarch of my clan gets his hands on him, even if he wants to die, it'll be a dream. Our clan will make sure he knows what it's like to neither live nor die!" Ao Guang nodded, his eyes flashing with cold fury. The death of the Jiao Crown Prince was the most significant tragedy to hit the Two-Headed Jiao Dragon Clan in the last century.

The Jiao Crown Prince had recently advanced to the eighth rank, making him the most talented individual the clan had seen in thousands of years. Under his leadership, the Two-Headed Jiao Dragon Clan had the potential to rise to new heights and even join the ranks of Zhongzhou's top-tier magical beast clans.

But all that potential was destroyed with the Jiao Crown Prince's death, and Mo Yu was the one responsible. Ao Guang's hatred for him ran bone-deep.

Hearing their confident talk, Mo Yu couldn't help but chuckle angrily. With a flick of his hand, five types of mystic lightning quickly converged. In no time, they formed a brilliant black-gold thunder orb. As the orb took shape, a faint aura of destruction spread through the air, causing the surrounding energy to ripple violently.

"Huh?"

Sensing the power of the thunder orb in Mo Yu's palm, both Ao Guang and Blood Shark Prince were momentarily stunned. A low murmur of surprise escaped their lips. It was clear they hadn't expected Mo Yu to be able to unleash such a formidable technique.

A mere Dou Zong who could not only boost himself to Dou Zun level using some mysterious means but also wield such devastating attacks? This kid was a monster.

"This thunder orb is no joke, Brother Ao Guang. We need to be cautious!" Blood Shark Prince warned, his gaze dark as he eyed the thunder orb in Mo Yu's hand.

He recalled seeing his son Kuang Lang die at the hands of this very technique. Back then, Mo Yu had only been a Dou Zong, but now he had reached Dou Zun level, and the black-gold thunder orb's power was on a whole different scale. Even Blood Shark Prince felt a sense of threat from it.

"Understood," Ao Guang replied, suppressing his initial disdain. He, too, could sense the similarities between the lightning energy on the Jiao Crown Prince's body and the thunder orb Mo Yu now held.

This only confirmed that Mo Yu was the one responsible for the prince's death, and Ao Guang's expression grew even more grim. Though the Jiao Crown Prince had only recently reached One-Star Dou Zun, his immense talent and the strength of his eighth-rank magical beast body had made him difficult to kill. Yet, this thunder orb had done the job, proving it was no ordinary technique.

The two men exchanged wary glances before focusing back on Mo Yu. "Boy, no matter what tricks you have, today will be your end!"

Mo Yu's expression remained unreadable as he flicked his finger, sending the black-gold thunder orb flying toward Ao Guang and Blood Shark Prince. The orb tore through the air, leaving a trail of lightning in its wake as it hurtled toward them.

Both men scoffed, their immense energy surging like a volcano as it erupted from their bodies.

At the same time, both of them revealed their true forms—massive bodies stretching hundreds of feet in length.

"Explode!"

Mo Yu smirked coldly. As soon as the orb neared them, it detonated with a deafening blast, unleashing a terrifying storm of lightning that quickly spread in all directions.

"Blood Shark Battle Body!"

"Jiao Dragon Golden Body!"

The storm of destructive lightning surged toward them, but Blood Shark Prince and Ao Guang, now in their true forms, released waves of overwhelming energy from their bodies. In mere moments, their colossal forms, hundreds of feet long, enveloped the entire area, shielding themselves from the approaching storm.

Clang!

The lightning storm clashed heavily against their massive bodies, filling the air with thunderous metallic sounds that echoed in the ears of everyone present. The very energy of the world seemed to tremble under the collision.

The terrifying lightning storm spread over the massive forms of the two magical beasts, striking them with relentless power. Their bodies shook violently under the impact, and small cracks began to spread across their tough scales.

Noticing the cracks forming on their bodies, both Blood Shark Prince and Ao Guang's expressions darkened. They could hardly believe what they were seeing.

With their strength and the powerful bodies of eighth-rank magical beasts, even a Three-Star Dou Zun would have difficulty harming them. Yet here they were, being forced to defend themselves against this young man, whose power had only just reached Dou Zun.

"This kid... is dangerous."

The two exchanged a grim look before both let out a deafening roar. They summoned even more energy, pouring it into their bodies in an attempt to reinforce themselves.

"Now!"

Mo Yu's expression hardened as he sensed their struggle to withstand the storm. With a quick thought, he pushed the thunder orb's destructive power to its absolute limit.

Clang! Clang! Clang!

The thunderstorm continued its relentless assault on the two massive magical beasts, its force shaking the very air. The beasts' bodies shuddered under the onslaught.

Boom!

Just as Blood Shark Prince and Ao Guang attempted to reinforce their defenses, a loud explosion rang out. The lightning storm intensified once more, sending both of them flying through the air.

"Ugh!"

The devastating impact left both Blood Shark Prince and Ao Guang groaning in pain as their enormous bodies crashed to the ground. Blood spattered across the earth with a resounding thud as they landed.

The sheer weight of the two magical beasts falling to the ground was like two massive meteorites striking the island. The entire island shook violently, as if rocked by an earthquake.

Gasp!

Seeing Mo Yu's strike send two Two-Star Dou Zun experts—famous and feared throughout the South Sea—flying, the onlookers collectively gasped in shock.

This young man... just what kind of monster was he?

Meanwhile, the Black Abyss Sovereign and Wu Jun, who had been battling Qing Zhi and the Sky Demon Puppet, exchanged uneasy glances. A dark look flashed across their faces, and they couldn't help but feel a twinge of regret.

Had they known that this kid was so terrifyingly powerful, they would never have gotten involved in this mess. Now, not only had they failed to kill him, but they had also made an enemy out of him. It was a classic case of trying to steal a chicken but ending up losing the rice.

"Two brainless fools," Mo Yu scoffed as he watched Blood Shark Prince and Ao Guang, who had tried to withstand his black-gold thunder orb using only their physical strength.

The power of the black-gold thunder orb was something even most Dou Zuns couldn't withstand, and these two had foolishly thought they could rely on their eighth-rank magical beast bodies to endure it.

They had only brought this upon themselves.

Though they were severely injured, Blood Shark Prince and Ao Guang weren't dead. They transformed back into their human forms and shakily stood up.

Despite surviving, their clothes were in tatters, their faces pale, and their auras weak. It was clear that the black-gold thunder orb had inflicted significant damage.

Mo Yu raised an eyebrow, glancing at the two of them before chuckling coldly. "What's the matter? Not feeling so good, are you?"

Ao Guang and Blood Shark Prince's faces darkened further. After coughing up some blood, they glared at Mo Yu and said coldly, "You may have some skills, but you should take a look around. This is the South Sea. Today, you won't be leaving alive!"

As soon as they finished speaking, the sound of rushing air filled the area. Out of nowhere, nearly a hundred figures appeared around the island.

Each figure radiated a powerful aura. These were the reinforcements from the Two-Headed Jiao Dragon Clan.

"The Two-Headed Jiao Dragon Clan has some deep reserves, I see," Mo Yu muttered, letting out a slow breath as he surveyed the scene.

Just as he thought this was Ao Guang's final move, a massive, overwhelming presence, far more terrifying than anything he had felt before, swept over him. Mo Yu's heart raced as alarm bells went off in his mind.

"Brat... you killed my son. Today, you'll leave your life at the bottom of this sea!"

Just as Mo Yu lifted his head, a voice, filled with terrifying authority, rang out like thunder across the entire island, shaking the very souls of everyone who heard it.

Hearing this voice, the elders on the mountain looked visibly troubled.

Mo Yu's face hardened. He turned his gaze to the distant sea, where, with a deafening crash, an enormous creature suddenly broke through the water's surface.

The massive beast's sheer size was awe-inspiring. Upon closer inspection, it became clear that it was a Jiao dragon, its colossal body large enough to block out the sun, plunging the entire island into darkness.

The giant Jiao dragon had two heads. On each of its heads were a pair of menacing, gray eyes filled with unparalleled might. Those eyes locked onto Mo Yu with fury akin to a volcano, burning with an insatiable desire for vengeance.

Seeing this, Mo Yu's silver eyes narrowed, and he muttered under his breath.

"The Two-Headed Jiao Dragon Clan's Ao Huangtian!"
