Gohan goes to Earth back to the spot he met Dabura last time he gets there and Dabura is surprised that Gohan shows up as Dabura only came to try the food this time around however Gohan reads his mind and kaikai's all over the world 30 minutes later Gohan comes back with a Dyno cap full of every kind of cuisine on Earth enough to feed everyone on Earth for 1,000 years how he acclomplished this was he went to every restaurant and fast food place on the planet and ordered every item on their menus he did this in advance a month ago the Dyno Cap can preserve food for upto 3 years Gohan also gave him one that has every kind of beverage as well.
With that they leave for the Demon realm is a visually dark and ominous realm representing the infernal realm , typically featuring fiery lava pits, jagged rock formations, and a looming, foreboding sky, often with the ghostly figures of tormented souls appearing in the background, reflecting the harsh and torturous environment of Hell but that's the lowest and darkest level of the Demon realm filled with twisted, jagged rock formations, broken structures, and uneven terrain, creating a sense of disorientation the overall color scheme is dominated by dark shades of purple, red, and black, with occasional flashes of yellow energy like swirling vortexes and rippling distortions are often present.
They make it to the Demon realm with no troubles once they get there Dabura asks why did you come here Gohan says because according to Beerus this is the only place where I can let out my full power without destroying my universe Dabura sighs afraid that this was the case now that he pays attention he can sense that Gohan can barely control his power and even though he's had various control lessons in his life he still has to take great effort to restrain himself or he will risk destroying everything and everyone around him which is not why he wanted Gohan to come here but it will serve his purposes just fine they fly to the capital on the way there they pass several villages that look like they're from the dark ages all from various types fo builds and nationalities also he can see different types of aliens here as well lots from his universe and lots more he's never seen before.
They reach the capital the castle looks thirteen massive, round towers dwarf everything below them and are connected by enormous, thin walls made of light red stone simple windows are scattered thinly around the walls in fairly symmetrical patterns, along with huge crenelations for archers and artillery a great gate with colossal metal doors, a regular bridge and strong defenses protects those in need of aid in this rough mountain pass and it's the only way in, at least without taking down the castle walls fields of nothingness stretch out outside the castle, allowing to see people coming far before they pose a threat this castle has clearly stood the test of time and its inhabitants are intend on making sure it stays that way for ages to come.
Dabura leads gohan to the throne room for now so that the two of them can discuss things in private before Gohan gets attacked verbally by the council once they get situated and seated Dabura says before you deal with vultures known as the council I think there's something that you should know before when we first met I wanted you to fight in a tournament but I also wanted you to help fight some of my enemies for me but turns out you and your friends eliminated quite a few of them already I just didn't realize it until after that tournament between Universe 6 and Universe 7 Gohan asks do you mean that everyone we have ever fought since Raditz and the Saiyans came to Earth was enemies of yours Dabura says yes they were we don't care that Zangya got away she's no threat to us.
Gohan says no but one day she could be Dabura says we've been watching her she trains 3 times a week other than that she rules her planet and uses her femine wiles to seduce men to get things to go her way she never sleeps with them she doesn't have to all they have to do is look her in the eye or kiss her and they are under her spell but she doesn't care about this realm more importantly nobody even knows it exists except in myth we made sure to completely erase all records of this place's existence and mention except from the archives of the Grand Priest we couldn't touch his archives but it only mentions our war with the gods of creation and about our worst inhabitant Demigra.
Gohan asks why have you brought me here Dabura says because there's someone I'd like you to meet and like you she has problems controlling herself when she transforms but in her base state she has perfect control also nobody will be around her because of the destruction she causes Gohan nods after that they go to the council chamber they walk through several halls until they come to 2 maghony double doors they walk inside they close the door inisde is a huge round table with 12 people sitting there Dabura takes his seat in the middle also inside the room is candles lighting up the room but the flames of the candles have blue , red , purple , orange , green and rainbow colored flames also everyone has papers and photos of everything Gohan has done except from when he was training in places they couldn't see like the training realm with the kais or the training chambers on Earth and with the Grand Kai.
the oldest person there says according to our research you're quite the trainer if the results of the Kais are anything to go by you've made them 12 times stronger and helped those lazy bastards regain all of their lost powers due to laziness or from neglect of their duties one of the reasons you were brought here other than your lack of control of your own power is that we want you to train our warriors Gohan says that's impossible I don't know anything about you guys including how hard I should push you or how hard I can hit you or even if you all can be trained like soldiers with a little martial arts thrown in not to mention that idk if any of you can even use Ki without killing yourselves half of the council is saying things like quit making excuses the other half minus Dabura and the elder are saying he doesn't want to help us that's why he's saying these things.
Dabura on the other hand silences everyone he steps out of his chair walks right next to Gohan then says shut up he's not making excuses his concerns are perfectly valid if he didn't have these exact concerns I would have called him a fraud and kicked him out of our realm regardless of the reasons he was sent here for this shocks everyone but the elder as he too approves of the concerns that Gohan raised however he asks young man why are you so worried about hurting us surely you can feel how strong we are Gohan says actually i can't feel any of your energies at all it's kind of like before I discovered what God Ki was or even how to sense it but something tells me that you all are using a different type of Ki that I just can't sense.
Dabura says you're right we are except our Ki is much more wild than God Ki also because it's so wild it's actually harder to detect and even harder to master but those who have atleast a Supreme Kai's level in God Ki should be able to sense our Ki Gohan says I'm not there yet I just reached Grand Kai level everyone nods Dabura says well that has to change while you're here as you must master Demon Ki regular Ki and God Ki and Combine them together only then will no one be able to stop you at anything you want to accomplish gohan nods however several council members want to see Gohan's strength for them selves so they take him to a battle arena where he sees a black goo of a monster shapeshift into Bojack it splits itself into every enemy that they have faced including the ones he just killed.
Only the main bosses none of the henchmen Gohan's fury is rising as he sees each person back from the dead without realizing Gohan is unleashing Demonic Ki from his body surprising everyone there the elder whispers to Dabura I now know why they sent him to us he was born with this power Gohan unknowingly combines Ki demonic Ki and God Ki all together thus creating a purple aura with crimson electricty also Gohan transofrmed into his Ultimate form that the Elder Supreme Kai unlocked for him once he combined those 4 things together his power rose higher and higher until it stopped while it was rising Gohan's power was shaking this whole area while also sending earthquakes through the whole realm and creating shockwaves all over the sky not only that but he split the sky in half.
The mountains were pushed back because of his power the sun hid behind the moon to escape the power Gohan was unleashing and what's more is that Gohan still has tons of it sealed away the councli members are freaking out as they've never experienced a power like this before Dabura has before but not of this level the elder is speechless he didn't expect the young man that they met to be so powerful once everything calms down Gohan rushes at his enemies he doesn't give them time to defend or attack he just slaughters them all without a chance to do anything also in doing so kills the shapeshifting creature.
After he beats his enemies he passes out as he's never used that much power at once before Dabura moves faster than everyone but the elder can see and catches Gohan the rest of the council are calling for his death Dabura laughs at them like a mad man then uses a technique to teleport Gohan's body to his castle in a guest room protected by a barrier Dabura says nothing is going to happen to him as I've just found the perfect warrior to take down the one being who can kill everyone in our realm the elder gasps in shock then asks are you sure about that Dabura nods but sighs then says in order to win against him Gohan is going to have to learn how to use more power at once than that without it overwhelming him.
The elder says the problem is that he's spent so long suppressing it that he's afraid of what he's truly capable of Dabura says you maybe right about that which is why he needs to be motivated before anything else can be said as a tall, curvaceous scientist with glasses and long bushy auburn hair. She has a gold ring on her left middle finger, and black nails. She wears a pair of hoop earrings, a sleeveless, short blue and red checker pattern high-neck minidress with opaque black tights, matching black detached arm sleeves, and blue (left foot) and red (right foot) ankle heel boots with gold tips. She also usually wears a white lab coat with her outfit she walks into the room then asks what do you want me to do Dabura says nothing that goes aginst your morals just become friends with him.
The elder however says seduce him she and Dabura quirk an eyebrow wondering why he said that the elder sees their bewildered looks then says we need his power for future threats and if she can succeed in becoming more than just friends with him then our realm will never perish Dabura says he could just as easily destroy us if he finds out that it's a trick the elder says actually she will only take the seduction mission if she wants to be with him and once she has secured his allegiance to us it ends they can be together without anymore tasks or spying and all she has to do is get him to agree to defend us when we need it Dabura says I can easily do that as I will be training him myself with her help.
The elder nods then as he's about to leave he says don't worry I'll take over all of your other duties so that you can get this done dabura nods he turns to her she crosses her arms in annoyance then asks why did you drag me out of exile Dabura says forget about the schemes for a minute tomorrow I need you to gauge his power level she nods the next day Dabura drops the barrier to gohan's room he has breakfast ready Gohan comes out to the dining room he eats more than he ever has before which doesn't surprise Dabura at all but he thinks that Gohan should slowdown on the food and drinks as some of them are alcoholic but an hour later Gohan isn't affected.
After breakfast Dabura takes Gohan and Lexa to the training grounds together they decide to train Gohan to control his powers Dabura says come at me as you are with nothing enchancing you Gohan quirks an eyebrow then says i don't use those forms to enchance me I use them to control my abilities everyone else on Earth in my group uses them to increase their abilities but not me Dabura says whatever just come attack me Gohan sighs then locks away 70% of his power Dabura doesn't notice but Lexa does she sighs thinking that this is going to take awhile.
Gohan rushes towards Dabura who didn't expect him to be this fast but he's ready for it nonetheless however what he wasn't prepared for was how hard Gohan's bloows were each one getting slightly stronger than the last as well as faster however Dabura notices that his power level hasn't moved an inch which makes him worried Lexa already noticed what Gohan did at the start of the fight he pushed 15% of his power into his body to make him stronger faster etc in fact so far out that 15% he's only used 3% the fight continues Dabura is impressed with Gohan's technique it's flawless how he pivots from a blocking to attacking to parrying to using footwork to grappling to deflecting blows is nothing short of masterful if he didn't know better he could have sworn that this young man has gone through one of the mythical beast training forms he shakes that idea out of his head as they were lost to history.
However despite being impressed Dabura knows it's time to push him to his limits so Dabura backs away and starts powering up he goes to 40% puts 20% into his body like an ametuer of the technique or one who doesn't use it very often Gohan rubs his face in annoyance then says it's clear that you don't train very much as you disgrace such an advanced technique by making such an ametuer mistake Dabura says actually it was by design Gohan says keep telling yourself that even your aura has become unstable after doing what you did Dabura asks if you can do this technique to it's highest level why do you struggle to control your power?
Gohan says actually I did get control over it 10 years ago but after reaching a certain level my power has reached a point where I can't control it anymore no matter what control exercises I do or how long I train it feels like something is missing to control it Dabura has him keep sparring until he tires out which they do meanwhile Zelena watches Gohan's moves and energy to see how he can better control it after sparring for an entire day Gohan is exhausted but he is far from being out of energy actually sparring only tired him out physically his energy remains almost full Zelena steps forward then says the problem is that you haven't completed all of your control training and it feels like that your training in God Ki is only halfway completed as well also it seems to me that you have refused to complete your training out of fear that you will have no place further to reach.
Gohan sighs then says you're not wrong but not right either at the time there was far too much other things to train myself in to focus on mastering my control both Zelena and Dabura nod in understanding Dabura says you're in luck this realm functions differently than what you're used to 1 day on Earth equals 10 years here and 1,000 years here equals 100 days on Earth Dabura says I've been given permission to train you here for 2 Earth years Gohan nods he activates high tension which shocks Dabura and Zelena that he could transform Gohan adds God Ki to it combined with regular Ki then lets himself get put through every energy control exercise that they know along with everyone that he has ever learned.
Next he transfroms into unlock potential then does the same thing then he transforms into potentail unleashed and does the same as the previous ones before he can choose a different one Dabura begins teaching him Demon Ki once he reaches his current level with regular and God Ki he fuses all 3 energies together then Dabura teaches him demonic will after that Gohan begins working on a new form for himself and his friends he combines high tension unlock potential demonic will and potential unleashed to make Elder kai unlock ability or mystic form/ultimate both Dabura and Zelena can't believe the power of the form but Zelena frowns that it took so much time and effort to aquire this new form.
Next to make it stronger Gohan combines it with Kaioken but he stops at times 5 as any further would be too much for his body to handle next he trains his Kaioken in all three energies then his super saiyan then super Gohan then super saiyan 2 then super Gohan 2 then Saiyan God but when Gohan tries to go past it his body stops him as if he wasn't meant to go past it Dabura says it's time I think that you're finally ready to face your one true test Gohan looks at him with a puzzeled expression as does Zelena Dabura takes them to Hirudergarn's lair Hirudegarn is a towering behemoth with a vaguely humanoid appearance. Its head is shaped like a human skull, and it possesses a long tail. After metamorphosis, the creature gains shoulder blades, horns, and insectoid wings.
Dabura wakes it from it's slumber then vanishes with Zelena she's protesting he says quiet I'm tired of this monster and it kills two birds with one stone Gohan gets to test his powers without limits and my greatest enemy gets eliminated she frowns then says it won't work he won't do it Hirudegarn breaks the statue meant to hold him his demonic aura spreads throughout the realm scaring everyone as he transorms into his seconds state where he's not as vulnerable Gohan on the other hand feels like he's being duped but this monster does have quite the power level so maybe he can enjoy this battle gohan begins fighting Hirudegarn the monster doesn't take Gohan seriously as his power level is below an ant's.
But as the fight goes on it becomes apparent that the warrior in front of him is merely hiding his true strength so he powers up all the way to 100% to scare Gohan to attacking him with the same but Gohan just transforms into his mystic form then he powers up 30% of his power then does a stance that nobody has ever seen before Hirudegarn however has seen it before as it's the same technique the destroyed his species the Super Dragon Fist purple electricity gathers in Gohan's fist then cascades all over his body a rainbow aura takes the place of his current one briefly he is being granted power and knowledge enough to complete this attack so that he doesn't die.
gohan builds the energy in his body until it feels like it's going to explode then he forms a huge bule sphere in the sky it fades he absorbs it his body turns blue with a giant thick red lightning bolt swirling all over his body and smaller purple ones along with a rainbow aura a golden one fuses with it making golden streaks bleed through the rainbow aura Zelena is speechless having never witnessed something like this before Dabura is scowling wondering how he missed something like this Hirudegarn on the other hand is fearing for his life but he won't just roll over and die he shoots a massive stream of fire at Gohan who dodges then roars like a dragon then screams " Super Dragon Fist" the attack pierces Hirudegarn and obliterates him entirely but not before his DNA and power are stolen after that gohan passes out from his body being over stressed and pushed too hard.
A few days later Gohan wakes up zelena is by his bed smiling at him he quirks an eyebrow then asks what's wrong she says nothing it's just that i've grown to like you in such a short time I know that it's only been a year but it's time for you to leave as Dabura has nothing further to teach you Gohan nods she says I'd like to go with you if you don't mind Gohan says I don't mind at all she smiles then after he eats they leave and arrive back on Earth he senses everyone's powers they are training at his mom's house so he goes there they arrive in 10 minutes Gohan finds everyone but Dende Raditz Nappa Vegeta and his dad here so he decides to train them reach what he did everyone is excited to see him he takes them back to the scroll's realm along with Zelena he even takes Dende who shows up right before he heads to Korrin's tower Gohan takes him as well.
gohan redoes all of the training that he put the kais through but with his friends he even has Zelena do it once they complete it he along with Zelena begin teaching them how to reach Supreme Kai level in Ki God Ki and Demon Ki once that is done he teaches them but Dende demonic will needless to say it actually helped balance out their energy and every other stat after that he begins teaching them how to aquire the mystic/ultimate form he even shows them how to combine it with every energy every form including Kaioken once done he helps them reach all the way upto times 20 it takes thousands of years to do so but they do it and with Dende Gohan merely improves on everything that he already learned helps him master every fighting style and technique to the point that he can do them in his sleep.
He even helps Zelena reach her new form and helps her master it as well he even helps her aquire mystic as well as she can't go beyond her new majin form no matter how hard she tries she's stuck but her new mystic form helps her go far beyond it in fact she only uses it when she's transformed now and just only uses the original 4 energies that make it up as she doesn't want or need anything more once everyone's training is complete Gohan takes everyone home to rest Dende travels on foot after he's recovered to Korrin's tower meanwhile back on Beerus's world Goku Raditz Nappa and Vegeta are still training in Whis's staff despite the constant training for a year they are no closer to going beyond what they are currently at.
Whis takes them out of the staff once he sees that they are rested Whis mentally calls Gohan to Beerus's world Gohan arrives he leaves Zelena to explore the Earth like she wanted to Gohan asks what do you need Whis upon hearing Gohan's voice Goku and evrybody is happy to see him again Whis says I can train them but maybe you know of a way that they can grow stronger than what they are Gohan nods he gives them a senzu bean then takes them to the scroll's realm he puts Raditz and Nappa through the same training as everyone else except they use every form and combine it into the ultimate form but saiyan god they combine that with saiyan god the aura changes for nappa to tweety bird yellow and Raditz's changes to root beer brown.
Gohan also trains Vegeta and Goku as well he helps Goku and Vegeta unlock new transformations for their Super Sayian God form Vegeta also learns Super Vegeta 2 he combines Super Saiyan God with Super Vegeta and Super Saiyan 2 as well as does Goku with Super Saiyan 2 gohan also helps goku combine Kaioken with both saiyan god and super saiyan god but Vegeta's aura stays blue Goku's turns a reddish orange like his gi next he trains both Vegeta and Goku in regular Ki and God Ki until they reach Supreme Kai level once that is done he has them train their base forms without any enchancement they struggle but after thousands of years here except no time passes on the outside world they emerge lots stronger than before .
After they return to Beerus's planet because that's where they left from Whis is impressed with their progress he can tell that they've taken massive leaps forward in their training Beerus is shocked at their increase in power the Grand Priest arrives he greets everyone saying that Zeno was annoyed that Beerus and Champa had a tournament without letting him watch it so he's having a zen exhibition match in 4 months and Universe 7 can only pick 3 members but only only bring 7 people to represent them the first two fighters are Goku Piccolo and the final fighter is Tien those that represent Universe 7 are:

The grandpriest says that those who can't attend will be able to watch it on TV he gives Gohan a special box that can access Godtube he nods then heads back down to Earth he gives his mother the box she follows it's instructions and it combines with her cable box thus giving her access to every cable package in existence as well as Godtube Once gohan heads back to Beerus's world the Grand Priest says that the Zen exhibition match is in one month so do what you will with the time after that he leaves gohan says no more training despite the urge to you all need your rest if you're going to be in any shape for the exhibition next month they nod he takes them back to Earth.
One month of rest passes as the rest of the Z fighters did nothing but rest as well Zelena is still exploring she's taking her time seeing the sights of the planet when Whis comes to pick them up for the tournament those chosen go with whis the rest stay on Earth his staff takes them to the realm where the event is taking place each fighter is wondering what kind of fighters they will fight the others are wondering what the other universes are like.
The Grand Minister gathers both groups and transports them to the World of Void, where he has prepared a World Martial Arts Tournament-style ring with spectator seats. The Grand Minister then calls for every god in the multiverse to appear and every single God of Destruction, Angel, and Supreme Kai from each universe, all gather to spectate the match. As Goku loudly greets Champa, the Grand Minister orders Goku to be silent. The Grand Minister explains the Future Zeno's request to watch a tournament match as he has never seen one before, and he and Zeno appear to spectate. Goku flies to and greets them, calling them "Zen-Chans" (Zennys in the English dub) and Champa is flustered at Goku calling them "Zen-chan". An embarrassed Beerus immediately grabs and throws Goku back to the seats, apologizing to the supreme god. The other disgruntled Gods speculate on how vulgar and impudent Universe 7 is acting. The Grand Minister, overhearing them, announces that the Tournament of Power was Goku's idea (Zeno's initially, but he forgot about it until Goku reminded him). Goku thanking the Zenos for letting them fight first, with them thanking him back.
In the anime, Grand Minister explains the rules for the fights: there will be one-on-one matches in order, there is no time limit, and the winner will be chosen if his opponent surrenders or is unable to continue fighting. Roh greedily asks Grand Minister if there are any prizes, and the Grand Minister answering the purpose of this match is solely to provide anticipation for the tournament and to show Future Zeno what a tournament is. Sidra nervously asks if they will be destroyed on the spot if Zeno considers the fighters to be boring, and Grand Minister answers about its possibility, as all is as Zeno wills it. The Grand Minister calls for the two beginning fighters to go to the stage, Basil, the youngest, goes first. Just like they decided, Goku decides that the first fighter will be Piccolo, but the group notice that Piccolo fell asleep during all of the talking. Beerus quickly orders Gohan to wake him up, Gohan wakes Piccolo , Piccolo states that he will go play with Basil. Basil scowls and heads to the ring. With both fighters present, Grand Minister announces the match to begin.
Basil quickly goes on the offensive and kicks Piccolo around, showing that his fighting style revolves around using his legs in a kickboxing-like method. The two Zenos are impressed with Basil's speed. As Piccolo lays on the ground motionless, Basil comments about what a real buffoon he is, and Supreme Kai and Beerus are worried as Roh arrogantly smirks. Lying on the ground, Piccolo grins. Basil quickly gains the upper hand and beats down Piccolo who is not taking the fight seriously and thinks of it as a game Goku goads Basil into showing his full power to get Piccolo's attention, which leads to Basil using his ultimate attack. As Roh claims victory, Piccolo emerges with a hole in his stomach, but he is otherwise unmoved. Basil and Roh are awed to see this. , A stray blast knicks Gohan's cheek cuts him and makes him bleed Piccolo becomes very enraged to the point where he effortlessly beats Basil and knocks him out of the ring. However, since neither Zeno is satisfied with the fight, Basil is allowed to get back into the ring. Roh gives Basil a drug that makes him far more powerful. Although Beerus demands that Basil is disqualified for obvious cheating, Zeno ignores this whatsoever. The Grand Minister announces that the rules will be improvised as the tournament goes along. Basil overpowers Piccolo and seemingly beats him, which causes Roh to prematurely gloat about the "superiority" of Universe 9. However, an enraged Piccolo emerges unscathed and launches a Namekian Kamehameha at Basil the blast turns purple gold green with blue showing at it's core This inflicted extreme damage to him, although, Basil appears to be unscathed, as he approaches Piccolo , his body cramps and collapses due to the side effects of the power-up drug he dosed, returning to normal in charred rags afterwards, the Grand Minister clinches Universe 7 the victory. As the Universe 9 team laments Basil's loss, Lavender commenting that if he had been allowed to kill his opponent, then he would have won. Tien volunteers to fight next against Lavender, who is allowed to kill to his heart's content.
The next match of the Zen Exhibition Match is Tien of Universe 7 against Lavender of Universe 9, later, as Lavender silently chuckles to himself, Tien suggests to himself that he must see how Lavender fights with his eyes since his ki cannot be sensed, with Gohan advising him from afar. Later, The Grand Minister commences the match to begin Immediately, Tien attacks and he and Lavender exchange a number of blows. When Tien throws a punch, Lavender dodges it and wraps himself around Tien's arm. Lavender then sprays a mist of poison gas in Tien's face, blinding his first eye but his other two can still see. Lavender then sprays the same gas on his fists and uses them to attack further immobilizing him. Whis exclaims that Lavender is using a very powerful poison. While Lavender is overwhelming Tien, Roh boasts about Lavender's capabilities. Shin yells out that this is cheating, Goku reminding him that in this tournament, anything goes. Despite Roh's boasting, Shin pulls out a bag of Senzu Beans, attempting to imitate what Universe 9 did previously. However, Tien refuses a Senzu Bean offer, not wanting anyone to interfere in this battle, wanting to use only his power. Goku agrees with him, claiming that against an opponent whom Tien cannot see or sense, this is the perfect training for him to train his senses in a new way.
Ignoring Lavender's boasting, Tien quietly concentrates to hear and feel Lavender's movements. When Lavender tries to attack from behind, Tien blocks his attack the instant he feels Lavender's leg connecting on his head. Meanwhile, the two Zenos are impressed and gleefully watch. Thinking it was a fluke, Lavender tries attacking again, Tien blocks every single hit and counterattacks. Bergamo points out to a surprised Roh that since Tien lost his sense of vision, his other senses have been heightened, also commenting that Tien is a worthy opponent. After more trial-and-error, as Lavender flies into the air, Tien can no longer hear his footsteps, he said. Lavender then fires poisonous Ki Blasts at Tien, whom he has trouble defending himself. Goku exclaims that this could be bad for Tien, nonetheless, is confident that his son will be able to overcome things the harder they get. When Lavender prepares to finish Tien off, Tien laments about not able to handle this match on his own, transforming into Kaioken.
The two Zenos are amazed at Tien's blazing crimson form, and Grand Minister informs them this is Kaioken. Toppo realizes that Universe 7 has fighters that can willfully alter their power level. Lavender arrogantly claims that despite Tien's power increase, he should still be helpless in sensing his attacks, and again, Tien shrugs the claim off. Lavender attacks, Tien deflects a ki barrage from him, and flies straight towards Lavender and relentlessly assaults him, much to his confusion. Whis and Shin praise Tien for wisely using his Kaioken powers like an active radar, however, the form could be a double-edged sword, according to Whis. As Tien tries to finish off Lavender, he collapses and reverts to his base form. Whis and Beerus comment that due to becoming Kaioken the poison spreading in Tien's body is accelerating. Lavender takes this opportunity to assault a helpless Tien and spraying even more poison on him. Despite his disadvantage, Tien transforms into a Kaioken again and the two fight a heated battle, also entering a beam struggle with Lavender's poisonous energy wave and Tien's Dodon Ray. However, Tien is overwhelmed due to gradually getting weaker from the poison, which has begun spreading throughout his entire body. Lavender sprays more poison gases, but Tien simply penetrates, attacking Lavender and grabbing him with a Full-Nelson. Tien then slams himself and Lavender to the ring below, causing an explosion.
When Lavender is knocked out, Tien momentarily stands up, stating his victory, and falls down himself unconscious. Grand Minister exclaims that the match is a tie due to both fighters being unable to continue. Gohan feeds his student a Senzu Bean, proud of the performance that also got him excited, while Tien tells his master about himself being still weak. Grand Minister announces to all of the spectators his rankings of the universes, giving Universe 7 an average of 4.78, which is second from the bottom. Whis then asked which universe ranked below them, and it turned out to be Universe 9 with an average of 2.16. Grand Minister reveals the stipulation of the losing universes to be destroyed in front of publicity. While each universe discusses this, Shin asks Grand Minister if every universe which enters will be destroyed if they lose which the Grand Minister confirms. Grand Minister nonchalantly informs him that Universes 1 & 12, along with 5 & 8, are exempt from entering as their average is over 12. Whis simplifies his words, also nonchalantly explaining that every other universe would have been erased because of their low development, but will be spared if they win in the Tournament of Power. Shin falls into despair and faints when he realizes their fate if they lose in the tournament.
Beerus and Shin argue over whose fault it is about their universe's low mortal level. As Old Kai asks what will happen to the gods, the Grand Minister answers that they will also be erased with their universe, except for the angels, much to the gods' flustering. Preparing to announce the third match, Grand Minister repairs the ring. The final fight between Goku and Bergamo is about to begin
The third match of the Zen Exhibition Match between Goku and Bergamo is about to begin. The gods of each universe all discuss their potential fates if they are defeated in the Tournament of Power. Goku suggests that he and Bergamo go all-out since their fight will not have any universes destroyed. Bergamo shuts Goku up while ridiculing him to the universe gods. Bergamo points out that Zeno gave his Universe 9 the lowest mortal level, but he points to Goku, accusing the Saiyan of having a much lower mortal level because he created the idea of the Tournament of Power, and if it was not, then every universe could have lived in peace. Bergamo takes it upon himself to crush Goku, calling him the enemy of the multiverse. Bergamo then bows down to Zeno, politely asking him to rescind his rule of erasing the defeated universes once he has defeated Goku, impressing the Universe 9 gods of his smooth talking, and an outraged Beerus and Whis realize that Bergamo was trying to name Goku the villain so that every universe would consider him an enemy; Whis also points out the animosity towards Goku is increasing. While the gods agree with Bergamo, Goku points out that he has no regard towards their opinions of him, saying that as long as he is on the edge, he can fight to the fullest, being his typical Saiyan trait, because the other universes do not know anything of Saiyans and their traits.
Zeno agrees with Bergamo's proposal, and the rule is set: If Universe 9 wins, the rule of erasing every defeated universe will be scrapped altogether. However, Grand Minister warns Goku that if he holds back because he doesn't want to be erased, Zeno will immediately destroy every universe. Goku agrees and planned to go full force, he said. Universe 11 discuss Goku, the Supreme Kai Cae referring to him as interesting and his cloaked bodyguard remarking that he needs to see the Saiyan in action to judge him properly. Later, while Champa boos Goku, the Supreme Kais of Universes 3 and 4 ask him who Goku is, wondering why he acts so casually in front of Zeno and Heles asks why the Great Minister and Zeno would overlook his behavior. Champa answers that he doesn't know and that Goku's limit seems to be unfathomable. Champa quickly forgets about Goku and turns his attention to how Universe 1 is acting so composed which Universes 1, 5, 8, and 12's Supreme Kais responded that that means their work must have been good to have gained their high mortal levels therefore making them exempted from the Tournament.
The match finally begins. Goku and Bergamo start exchanging blows, feeling each other out. Bergamo admits that Goku indeed has skill, but then purposefully leaves himself defenseless, taunting the Saiyan to hit him so he can show him why they call him "Bergamo the Crusher". Goku obliges and lands a number of blows on him. Bergamo then suddenly glows and grows larger and stronger, knocking Goku back with a punch. Goku keeps attacking him, and Bergamo keeps growing, taunting him to keep attacking some more. Gohan advises Goku to be careful, pointing out that Bergamo is using his power against him. Roh of Universe 9 loudly and boastfully exclaims Bergamo's ability: the more he is hit, the more he grows and the stronger he becomes, claiming his strength as "truly limitless". Goku then becomes a Super Saiyan. Goku comes up with a strategy, as Bergamo grows bigger and bigger the more power he absorbs, he is left wide open, allowing Goku to continuously land combos on him, not to mention that Goku is too small and fast for him to catch, as Bergamo steals more of his power. Bergamo eventually becomes gigantic in size, and Goku once again uses his speed to constantly land hits on him. While Bergamo grows bigger and bigger, Goku smugly smiles.
Goku taunts Bergamo, exclaiming that the bigger he grows, the more blind spots he gains. Bergamo soon grows so large that the ring under him is beginning to crack from his steps. Goku taunts if he can still get stronger, Bergamo tries to hit him, to no avail, Goku backflips into midair, then transforms into Super Saiyan 2. The gods are stricken with awe about this display of power (except the present Zeno, the Grand Minister, Universe 6, and Gowasu, who had all bore witness beforehand), feeling the form's pressure. Zeno informs Future Zeno (who was impressed at Goku's display) of the Super Saiyan Blue form. Goku "offers" Bergamo more power, using the Kaio-ken. Bergamo also charges his absorbed energy up while Goku charges a Kamehameha. Bergamo uses his special attack, Wolfgang Penetrator, clashing with Goku's Kamehameha. Goku uses his full power to push the attack back and hit Bergamo, defeating him instead of powering him up further. Goku, with a smile, asks Bergamo to continue battling him, but the latter only passes out in exhaustion and shock, realizing he had grossly underestimated Goku's might. Grand Minister announces Universe 7 as the victors of the Zen Exhibition Match.
Goku informs Zeno about him not holding back, much to their happiness and impression with his match. While Basil and Lavender help their brother up, Bergamo promises Goku that every universe will come after him. Goku fearlessly taunts to every god of universes to come at him with all their strongest warriors, exclaiming that he will defeat them all, much to all their chagrin and annoyance. While Grand Minister confirms the Zen Exhibition Match a success, he announces the rules for the Tournament of Power: it will be a survival match and victory is gained by knocking opponents off of the ring. The use of weapons and killing opponents are prohibited in the tournament and using Flight outside the ring is nullified. Also, the time limit for the match will be 100 Taks, which is about 48 minutes on Earth, the Grand Minister further announces that since the ring will also be huge, the tournament will have all 80 participants from the 8 universes participating all in the ring at once, and the universe with the most survivors will win; also if there is a single survivor, that universe will win. The Universe 7 group discuss that power alone cannot be enough and tactics and teamwork will be important; teamwork not being Goku's forte. Goku confidently comments that he should be fine since he has Gohan at his side.
Many of the Kais stiffen at hearing that name many of the dieties take notice even Zeno is curious as to not even he can inspire this much awe and fear in so many at once Goku is also curious what caused them to fear his son but he also wonders what his son was doing all those years away Goku heads back to his seat however Gohan is fuming he disappears and lands right in the middle of the arena surprising everyone as he is dressed in his combat gi not his kai clothes Gohan asks grand priest did I hear that right when you said that Universe 9 is the weakest and universe 6 is barely above universe 7 he swallows hard as he can feel the murderous aura radiating off of him so much so that it's making every diety sweat.
He says yes that is true Gohan uses his powers and summons the weakest and strongest universe's kais he asks what have you all been doing in my absence I can feel your powers and they are pathetic an earthling with only 5 years of training could kill all of you as you're back to what you were before I trained you all what happened to you Shin steps forward then says we followed your example and sealed away the majority of our powers until we were strong enough to beat them we are training in secret when we have time Gohan nods then says good keep it up if I find that this is a lie to appease me or that you have been slacking I don't care if you're linked to the gods or not I will erase you on the spot is this understood they nod vigerously then go back to their seats.
However one person was disgusted by Gohan's speech the cloaked warrior of Universe 11, Toppo, suddenly jumps to the ring and confronts Gohan wanting to talk to him. He then introduces himself as the leader of the Pride Troopers of Universe 11, taking off his cloak and challenges Gohan to a fight, Gohan says don't do this you don't know what it is you're getting yourself involved in . Toppo claims Goku as evil (which is ironic due to the fact that Gohan's race, the Saiyans, are downright evil while Gohan himself is the absolute opposite of evil), declaring that his fists will bring ruin upon all evil. After obtaining Zeno blessing to proceed, Gohan stares murderous daggers at Zeno then says be very careful upon giving fools like him permission to fight as he will be needed for the Tournament of power so you better make it a rule of no killing or I will erase him on the spot without even throwing a punch and Toppo frowns then calls gohan a coward Gohan says no I'm not a coward but I'm not to fight you for an entire day just to satisfy your ego Toppo asks what do you mean by that gohan says simple you think that because I threatend the kais that I'm evil amkes me wonder why out of all the warriors here that you're the only person who jumped down to fight me they knew that I wasn't going to actually do it that's why they call it a threat Toppo is shocked as he thought that his god of destruction was in danger Gohan says let me give you a piece of advice that will save you your men and your god of destruction from death make sure to ignore every slanderous or 'evil' statement as then you can focus on the evil acts as the words are meaningless it's the actions themselves that matter not the words meant to make you act in the exact way the enemy wants you to . Toppo nods then heads back to his seat as does Gohan As Toppo leaves, he reveals to Gohan that Universe 11 has a warrior even stronger than him named Jiren. The Grand Minister explains that he will begin creating the arena for the Tournament of Power, which will be completed in 4 Earth years . Back at the Sacred World of the Kai, Beerus, and Goku get into an argument over Goku's laid-back attitude and Beerus' hypocrisy, which Whis breaks up. The group agrees to convene at the Capsule Corporation to discuss their strategy.
