Reborn in DxD with a world creation system

Takashi Kuroda a high school student from earth died and is reborn as a half fallen angel half human in the DxD universe. He's then given a system that allows him to create a random scenario with different weapons, monsters, and world. Then the system sends random people across the multiverse into the world to fight and survive while it's being streamed, if they complete the trail they receive rewards and power.
