Chapter 1272 - Chapter 663: Nine Rivers Converge at Abacus City

Three men rushed into the tea shed, which actually doesn't sell tea but sells "tea soup."

This stuff is a type of flour tea.

Grind "glutinous rice" or "millet" into fine powder, use warm osmanthus sugar water as a base to create a paste, then pour boiling water from a large copper pot to make it thick, finally sprinkle red and white sugar on top, and use a small spatula to eat it slowly.

It's really fragrant and delicious, rich in flavor.

The teapot used to pour water is also special, it's a specially made big copper pot with a dragon mouth, similar to a hotpot structure, with iron wire dragon whiskers embedded with big red thread balls, curving up from both sides of the dragon head.

On top of the pot, there's a copper whistle, which starts steaming once the water boils.

This stuff isn't expensive, and if paired with steamed or roasted cakes filled with red bean paste, it can fill you up.

Of course, tea is sold too, but it's all poor-quality tea, at best it has some color.
