"But don't do it now," Kael said, "Wait until she has delivered the child."
"What if it's not the Primordial Fox?" Ozia asked, curious.
"You'll kill it," Kael answered plainly.
Ozia nodded, "Are you going somewhere, Father?"
As the two of them talked, their senses were spread wide and they could somewhat see all that was happening below.
Isabel could only wander around the vicinity, confused and unsure of what to do. Many thoughts were running through her mind at the moment, one of which was the many decisions she had made that led her to this moment.
She regretted ever positioning herself in front of Ozia that day. Now, she would be a laughing stock among the other females who never got their chances.
They would say many nasty things behind her back when they found out. Isabel's reputation was about to be seriously tarnished. But if she knew what the father and son were discussing about her above, she would know that her reputation should be the least of her worries.
