About a week later, in the ANBU headquarters;
Ryuu sat silently while looking at a small book in his hands. He wore his full Anbu attire with his vibrant red hair absent, disguised behind his usual genjutsu to look black.
He was currently waiting for Phoenix to go on a mission assigned by the Hokage.
The previous week was given to him as a break before returning to his Anbu duties, but that didn't mean that the Shinobi world was calm.
The short war between Konoha and Kumo has sounded through the nations, with its details reaching the governing bodies of all the major countries and shinobi villages.
Many were surprised, shocked, or angry. Some expected this outcome, but not this quickly.
But what was surprising and put all of them on edge was the main reason for the war wrapping up so quickly. Kumo's Nibi Jinchuuriki was captured by Konoha, and Kumo had to get her back through negotiations.
What also worried the other villages was Konoha's power and response to what Kumo did. Many thought that Konoha wouldn't go to war because of the assumption that Konoha had a very hard time due to the Kyuubi's attack.
Lo and behold, Konoha went to war and essentially won, making Kumo look like a joke for starting this whole ordeal and their inability to finish it on their terms.
But what was news to many was who captured the Nibi Jinchuuriki; it unnerved them greatly that Konoha had such a Shinobi that they knew little about, especially Kumo. They couldn't believe that the Kyuubi jinchuuriki and the holder of the Adamantine Sealing Chains had come to their chunin exams, and they had no idea who he was.

Right now, Ryuu was looking at the recently updated Bingo book that the Hokage had given him when he received his mission.

This individual wasn't sighted performing regular Shinobi missions since achieving the rank of Chunin, assumed to have joined Konoha's Anbu (Code name and mask unknown)

Ryuu eyed the first Alias he was given; it looks like he inherited something from Kushina after all. The red death still lives.
He also let out a sigh, assuming what his mother's reaction would be upon seeing his updated entry. She would be proud, but that didn't mean she would like it, not at all.
"Buntaicho," Phoenix said as she neared Ryuu.
"You ready?" Ryuu asked, looking at her as he stood up.
"Yes." She replied before looking at the little book Naruto was holding.
"Your entry got updated?" Phoenix asked.
"Yeah," Ryuu replied simply before passing the book to her.
"Well, well, well. An S-rank, huh. Looks like someone reached the upper levels." Phoenix said as she read the updated entry and the bounties, before handing the book back to Ryuu.
"You know that your bounty is just lower than very few people now in Konoha. It will increase the more they find out about you." Phoenix said
"I assume so. Let's get on our way. We can talk while moving." Ryuu said before disappearing in a body flicker, followed by Phoenix.

Those who knew Naruto were surprised by the updated entry, but not by much, as they expected such an outcome, seeing his performance on the battlefield. Their reaction varies, but most had a good or proud view of it. Except Tsunade, who felt that her son had just made the target on his back bigger.
But not everyone looked at it in a positive light.

Deep in an underground base beneath Konoha, Danzo looked at the updated entry with a complicated expression that soured with every word he read.
'Such a fine tool should be under my control. Damn you, Hiruzen,' Danzo thought bitterly to himself as he gripped the bingo book tightly.

In a tall tower in the land of Rain;
"Madara," A Humanoid creature called as it rose from the ground. It seemed to be able to move through the ground using some technique. The creature had two halves, one so dark that it looked like a part of the abyss with a yellow eye. The other half was white, not pale, white as a piece of paper, also with a yellow eye. It was wearing a black coat with a large red cloud on the middle.
"What is it?" A deep voice came from the shadows as a single fully mature Sharingan looked at the weird creature.
"I have something that will interest you." The black half said as the white half passed an open small book to the man in the shadows
'Madara' took the book and looked at the open page.
"Interesting yet also concerning. Very concerning," 'Madara' said as his voice tightened a little before looking back at the two-faced creature.
"Did you look into it?" "Madara' asked
"I already sent clones of white Zetsu to investigate. I just acquired this copy of the bingo book, and I assumed you needed to know." The black half said
"Your assumption is correct. I have no idea who this 'Naruto' is or where he comes from. I assumed the Yondaime Hokage sealed the Kyuubi in his child. But this 'Naruto' is too old and the wrong gender." 'Madara' said before looking back at the two-faced Zetsu.
"Have the Zetsu clones find everything about the Kyuubi's Jinchuuriki. Him reaching this level of power this fast and without our knowledge is concerning. We may need to move earlier than expected; we can't let him grow any stronger." 'Madara' said with a deep, grim tone.
If the Kyuubi's jinchuuriki is this strong while still young, how strong will he be if they let him reach Maturity?
"Do we need to inform the rest of the Akatsuki?" black zetsu asked
"They will know about him on their own soon enough. We will inform them if there is a change of plans after your investigation. No matter what you find, the Akasuki's 'leader' needs to be informed of the situation." 'Madara' said.
Knowing some of the organization members' personalities, they will find out about the Kyuubi jinchuuriki sooner or later due to their personalities and interests.
