Chapter 1 - RWQFSFASXC

He opens their eyes.

Where is he?

Ah, right.

A slightly amorphous, blackish purple rabbit awakens in an odd, void like space.

It was littered with all sorts of stars, each a slightly different color than the last. Theres all sorts of different shades of pinks, blues, reds, and yellows. But frankly, he's tired of it.

He, They? Have been here for a VERY long time. How long? Who knows, he doesn't.

He barely remembers how he got here. However he does remember it was his fault.

A result of his hubris. Things that shouldn't have been known, became known to him. The flaws of his world, glitches in reality, the discovery astounded him. Scared him.

Intrigued him.

He dug too deep.

As a result, he was booted from his old world, and trapped here. There was no old save to return to, no game to reset.

THIS was his home now.

And it changed them.

Not just mentally, but physically as well.

Lifting a "hand", they frowned, their disgusting maw twisting as his sharp teeth glinted. He had become something different from what he once was. He was never "pretty", but he was no monster. The energies from this place seeped into him. Changed him.

Even so, it wasn't all bad.

He felt stronger, like there were more things he was capable of. Plus, he got this amazing view all to himself! That's right, no can see all these amazing stars besides him.

No one except him.

Just him.

...

Their blob like form trembled. His maw tightened, and his eyes glowed brightly.

He twisted, his body churning like magma. Different eyes and mouths sprouted on his body, only to be absorbed back into him. He quite literally bubbled in anger.

"This is hell..."

Their voice finally came out in a raspy demonic manner. It was the first time in a long time he had spoken out loud. A long time ago, he had spoken to himself to stave off the loneliness. But even that had run it's course.

Back at the pizzeria, he wasn't really the lonely type. He just watched over the others from the shadows, never interacting with them.

But now he would kill for someone to talk to.

His anger grew larger. Why him!? What did he do to deserve this punishment!? Was it so bad? Was looking beyond this world a sin worthy of hell?

Everywhere he looked sparked his rage even further. These stars, these goddamn stars!! So far away yet still visible, they're mocking him!

This was the angriest he had ever been. He had his fits of rage every now and then, of course, but never had he aimed his wrath towards the only things that kept him company, the only lights in this impenetrable darkness.

Taking a deep breath in, he released his emotions.

A demonic bellow tore from his chest as he screamed into the abyss, his mind entirely compromised by rage.

His body begins to grow in mass, influenced by his mental state.

However nothing else happens. Regardless, he continues.

Once again, he screams into the abyss, violently trembling as pain and sorrow wracked his being.

His maddened state and distorted form has granted him volume beyond reason. Dark energies have seeped into his voice, tinging it with a shadowy aspect. As a result, this time, something happens.

Something shakes.

No, everything shakes.

The universe reacts, trembling slightly. Like disturbing a still pond with a drop of water. Eventually it stops.

He does not miss this.

One more time, he screams into the abyss, coating everything in his wrath.

His aspected voice shakes reality, the stars dancing around like dangling lights.

His form struggles to hold up under his rebellion against nature.

And this time, the abyss screams back.

"Ģ̵̡̱͓̪̘̙͔̮̟̜͍͍͓̞͍̂̓̈́̒̽̈͆̏̆͆̈́̽́͑ͅW̸̅̂̚"

A violent shriek that would be incomprehensible to most rings out from every direction. The shaking becomes intense as dark energies go haywire. He felt himself instinctively shrink away.

The feeling of having your existence threatened would terrify any sane being into silence.

But how could anyone stay sane in this place? In fact, his brush against potential death has only made him angrier. Why would he be scared? At this point, even death would be preferable to this existence.

Now knowing that this place can hear him, he decides to put in his all. His body condenses, tightening every 'muscle' in his body like a spring. Leaning back, he inhales deeply enough to suck in the frenzied energy, and pours out his full, unburdened, emotions, permanently staining reality with his color.

Everything flails about wildly and the very universe screams in pain. Finally, his efforts begin to show.

*CRK*

Lilac colored cracks spread out all across the plane. The damage goes far and wide, reaching every corner of existence. Even amongst the destruction, however, there was a certain beauty to it. The type of beauty that comes with the end of the world.

It was incomparable to anything he'd ever layed his eyes upon.

But that wasn't important. He now had a goal.

"Ģ̵̡̱͓̪̘̙͔̮̟̜͍͍͓̞͍̂̓̈́̒̽̈͆̏̆͆̈́̽́͑ͅW̸̅̂̚"

As though sensing him prepare to scream again, something responded. And although THEY just shrieked incomprehensibly, THEIR will was mysteriously conveyed.

"Please... Stop..."

Hundreds of voices spoke at once, all whimpering pathetically.

He now knew. It's retaliation earlier was a bluff. THEY tried to scare him back into complying with his lonely existence.

Which enraged him to a maddening extent.

His body nearly shattered trying to contain the ungodly wail that echoed across space.

Even more cracks appeared. As the shrieking sounded again, THEY desperately sent another message. THEY were reaching THEIR limit.

"Please! We will let you go, so no more..!"

Unfortunately, his mind has already unraveled. He had been reduced to a beast that only knew how to pour out it's emotions in the most destructive way possible.

THEY spoke again.

"You don't know what you're doing! The consequences will be irreversible!"

The walls of this place were a glass cup. The moment the cup broke, even IT didn't know what would happen.

But he didn't care. What he wanted was no longer to be free. He wanted this place to disappear. It could be done.

And so it would be.

THEY sensed his intentions, and felt dread. There was only one way to stop this, but it would put everything in his hands. Whether for better or worse.

THEY didn't want to, but if THEY didn't, everything would end.

...

THEY would unify.

And HE would be their center.

Just before the prisoner let out his final roar, he felt space shift. The purple cracks that spread all across the dimension pulsed ominously.

Looking around in confusion, he noticed massive amounts of dark energy being absorbed into him at an incredible speed.

Looking down at his hands, he saw the detail slowly fade away. He was becoming nothing but a silhouette.

Having become pitch black with only a white outline to tell him apart from his surroundings, he finally realized what was happening.

He was the center of a merge. THEY were unifying under his will.

THEY had submitted to him.

The Umbra.

If this place was a glass cup, then The Umbra was the water that filled it.

At this realization, clarity came back to him, and massive amounts of knowledge began flowing into his mind. However, he couldn't understand any of it.

What was anime? Are they like cartoons?

Video games? Like the ones on the arcade machines?

What is the Multiverse?

Multiverse?

He looked around. The oddly colored stars glimmered amongst the lilac colored cracks in space.

"Are those not stars, but entire universes?"

At this inquiry, new knowledge began flooding his mind.

Taboo knowledge.

Things he wasn't allowed to know, but knew anyway.

The kind of knowledge that brought him here in the first place.

"This... isn't real...?"

He passed out.
