I created two short swords as I changed into a red lingerie, white long sleeve shirt, blue jean pants, brown boots, and a brown long coat. I sheathed the swords to hide them in the coat as it was night time so it's the perfect time.
I teleported out of my apartment to be outside on top of the building to flash step to the city of Rome as I began tracking bloodlust through the city to find him easily as he's stalking a young woman.
As I appear above them as he took out his dagger as I unsheathed my swords.
He lunged at the woman as I sped to appear to stop him which shocked the woman.
Elena: (Italian) Nice to meet you Francesco Esposito, this where you stop.
Francesco: (Italian) Why when there is a new meal right in front of me.
Our blades sliced through the air as I kicked him away to land in front of the woman to turn to her.
Elena: (Italian) Call the police and hunters, tell them to get here for Francesco Esposito.
She nodded to begin calling as Francesco threw one of his daggers at the woman as I deflected it.
Elena: (Italian) I don't think so.
I sped to him as our blades were dancing.
Francesco: (Italian) Your a E-Rank aren't you, I don't feel any magic power from you, what is a little E-Rank girl going to do.
As then he disappears like vanished.
Francesco: (Italian) This is my skill camouflage, I blend into any environment, so how are you going to stop me?
I can sense your bloodlust, that's something you can't camouflage at all. I deflected all his strikes as then I slashed as his arm was sliced completely off.
Francesco: AHHHHHH!!

I struck him in the back of the head as the police and hunters showed up.
