I opened my eyes to a black void, I looked around not really hoping to find anything,it was just out of curiosity. Until I heard it
"Three"
"What the-"
"Three wishes go"
Knowing the stereotype my mind immediately kicked into overdrive,I'd thought of this type of situation before and so I had already thought up a few wishes.
" I wish for the ability to negate any and all powers and abilities in a desired area,with natural abilities being weakened to the state of a below average human female from my current world"
The being looked at me and nodded, given the go ahead I made my second wish.
"I wish for the ability to disable any and all technology or magicl items in a desired area for how ever long I want"
The being nodded again."for my final wish, I would like a ring that will allow me to travel the omniverse while providing an invisibility field preventing me from being detected by any cosmic or omniversal gods, beings and all the sort"
Then the being spoke,"do you know the dangers of such an item and the perils of the journey you are trying to take"
I gulped"I....I think I'll be fine probably....maybe, the being sighed " with wishes like that I will not provide you with an option to choose a world to be reincarnated into as a restriction and for another restriction you will have to choose a human body to be reborn into and you will not possess any power system and will not have the regular provided energies beings of certain universes are born with unless they are learnable"
I was worried he'd erase me from existence or something but luckily for me that wasn't the case. I was a little bummed I wouldn't get to learn the Kamehameha or resengan but I initially had my own plans anyway.
"I understand so whats next?"
"Character creation",the being said
Then a character creation menu appeard in front of me
"You mortals tend to take long with this so I will not rush you"
I don't know how long I spent on that menu but I don't think I took too long. I settled on the look of Ben 10000 from the Ken 10 episode but without the grey hair and my hair was black and decently muscular build at a hight of six foot five inches, and as a testament to how detailed this character creation menu was, I chose my length ( if you know you know) and my voice, I settled on a voice similar to that of puss in boots
When I finished with that the being looked at me,raised his hand and snapped his fingers and I stood there with my new look, powers and ring

After all was said and done the being told me to leave
"Wait aren't you supposed to send me away"
" You got that ring for a reason so use it,now scram"
I immediately thanked the being and I focused on feeling the energy coursing through me from my ring. When I felt it I snapped my fingers and a shimmering portal appeared before me. I turned and thanked the being and I walked through.
