Chapter 30 - Chapter 30 True Thousand Hands

Magellan finally agreed to Storm's suggestion.

After all, there was no better option.

However, regarding the duel between the two, Magellan still made one request:

as the warden, he would personally observe the entire battle and intervene if necessary to stop it.

Both Storm and Shiryu readily agreed.

Magellan strongly suspected that neither of them had taken his warning to heart, but he had no evidence.

A few minutes later, the group left the warden's office and arrived at the open space outside the prison.

The Scorching Hell burned like a raging sea of fire.

Storm and Shiryu stood on opposite sides of the open ground, their gazes colliding in midair.

The atmosphere was heavy with killing intent.

Shiryu's eyes gleamed like those of a hungry wolf.

His right hand rested on the hilt of his famous sword—Raiu.

This time, he would not be careless.

Kid. Die.

Without any warning, Shiryu drew Raiu in a flash and slashed forward.

The blood-red blade traced a perfect arc through the air.

The next moment, Raiu unleashed a crescent-shaped flying slash!

Swoosh—

The ferocious sword energy crossed the Scorching Hell instantly, suppressing the surrounding flames as it tore toward Storm.

Storm remained calm.

He raised his right leg and kicked forward repeatedly.

Storm Kick!

Several razor-sharp vacuum slashes burst forth, colliding head-on with Shiryu's flying slash.

Boom!

The two shockwaves annihilated each other midair. Violent pressure rippled outward, extinguishing nearby flames.

"Six Powers…"

Shiryu instantly recognized the technique.

Given Storm's background, it was no surprise he had mastered the Six Powers.

Shiryu tightened his grip on Raiu.

Black Armament Haki surged over his forearm and coated the blade.

In the next instant, his figure vanished, leaving behind an afterimage as he charged Storm.

This—

was exactly what Storm had been waiting for.

White clay erupted from Storm's body, wrapping around him as his frame rapidly expanded.

By the time Shiryu arrived, Storm had transformed into a clay giant the size of a small giant.

Shiryu's pupils constricted.

Raiu flashed, raining down sword light like a storm.

"Rain!"

Storm reacted instantly.

The clay giant swung its massive fist forward, Armament Haki coating the white clay.

Giant Armament Fist!

Fist and blade collided.

BOOM!

The impact thundered through the Scorching Hell.

Shiryu poured all his strength into Raiu, muscles bulging as he resisted the clash.

He had thought Storm was merely a cunning brat—

never imagining his raw power would be this overwhelming.

But Storm was already moving.

The awakened Clay-Clay Fruit silently assimilated the ground beneath Shiryu's feet.

The earth softened.

Not good!

Shiryu's footing collapsed as the ground turned to clay.

Storm pulled back his fist and slammed it forward.

Bang!

Shiryu was sent flying dozens of meters, tumbling across the scorched ground.

When he stood again, his expression darkened.

The battlefield had become a sea of clay.

Clay-Clay Fruit—Awakened!

"Clay Rain!"

Dozens of clay tendrils burst from the ground, attacking simultaneously.

Shiryu retreated while swinging Raiu, forming a dense wall of blood-red sword light.

The thinner clay tendrils were severed instantly—

but others merged, thickening rapidly.

Arms as thick as pillars descended.

Clay Rainstorm!

The sword-light barrier faltered.

Shiryu abandoned defense and fully activated his Observation Haki.

His eyes glowed crimson as he fled through the barrage, explosions roaring behind him.

Minutes passed.

Shiryu's breathing grew heavy.

The attacks showed no sign of stopping.

Through a brief opening, he glimpsed Storm—

calm, unmoved.

I have to break his rhythm!

Shiryu slashed apart a clay arm, kicked the debris aside, and seized the opening.

He poured everything into Raiu and swung.

A distorted, blood-red flying slash tore through the battlefield.

Storm raised a massive shield.

Clay Shield!

Armament Haki coated its surface.

The slash struck—

and failed to penetrate.

But Shiryu had bought time.

The clay fists withdrew.

Then—

they gathered.

Clay surged upward, reshaping.

A colossal white Buddha rose from the Scorching Hell.

Behind it—

countless arms.

Hundreds. Thousands.

Storm sat cross-legged atop the Buddha's head.

Awakening: Clay-Clay Fruit — True Thousand Hands!

The fists descended.

The ground shattered. Space itself seemed to collapse.

Amid fire and debris, Shiryu was blasted straight through the Scorching Hell—

and into the Frozen Hell below.
